Hi Andreas, I guess you are scaling the resolution down somewhere in the 3200x1800 area, how is the M1 GPU dealing the OS animations with this non-integer scaling factor? The Radeon Pro 560 4GB of my old MBP (2017) was struggling so badly with non-integer 4K scaling that I had to sell it and get a 1440p panel instead...

Bought this monitor and I had a pretty bad experience with it. Corner are kinda glossy and even with hdr and maxed constast, dinamic range is not that great. White balancing/calibrating was impossible due to a PERMANENT yellow tint no matter how cold you set the WB (and instead of going blue it goes towards a cyan/green tint). Maybe mine was faulty but searching on reddit I found that I'm not the only one having those issues.
Alberto, I had a similar bad experience as you did. Mine also had this weird yellow tint that just looked terrible compared to my laptop. I came from a 27" 4K monitor so the drop in sharpness was also a tad disappointing. Then several hours later, the right half of the monitor went dark and that forced me to return it back. Quality control is just horrible on these monitors.
@@lolfirepoisonftl Sadly, I can relate.The first one I received had the bottom right corner non lightin up. Luckily I was able to return it for a working one. (but WB still shitty so in the end I got a refund)

Hello, I see that the mouse lag is high when I connect the Mac Pro M1 Max Laptop with the thunderbolt cable that comes out of the box. I'm using magic mouse 2, what could the mouse delay be caused by? Note: I have no problem when I connect it with hdmi cable.

It’s working fine for me, M1 16Gb scaled at 125% and I don’t really notice any lag.

@@AlbertoUgato Damn, it looks like the corner not lighting up is a more common issue than I thought. Glad to hear you were able to get a refund.
You need to turn off HDR. HDR is what’s causing that yellow color. As soon as you turn that off your monitor is spectacular. Shame you returned it.
