Many nomads from Mongolia (and surrounding steppes) migrated to the west which is Central/Eastern Europe as far back as two thousand years ago (e.g. Pannonian Avars) to as recently as 17th century (e.g. Kalmyks). They did a DNA test on graves of Asian nomads in Mongolia and Hungary and found that these people were only separated by a few decades (grandfather to grandson). Today's Hungarians and Mongolians have different DNA, culture, and language, but both have nomadic warrior DNA in them, moreso Mongolians, of course.

Arslan, altin, timur, defter, su, kaburga/khavirga, etc. We also have similar vowel harmony. It’s fascinating because I never heard of a language similar to Mongolian, or shares similar vocabulary. I will say Mongolian sounds definitely harsher than Turkish, since we make more gutteral sounds.

Mongolia is one of my favorite country in Asia since I was a child, so in 2019 I went in Ulaanbaatar from Moscow trough the Transmongolian railway aboard an Ammendorf sleeping car train operated by the Mongolian Railways (MTZ) and I was astonished to see Mongolia and its people in the real life.
Visiting Ulaanbaatar and Sainshand, I had the impression as if I had visited a country where Russian culture inherited from Stalin and Chinese culture are intertwined, such as the Tibetan Buddhism and some typical dishes that I tasted in Mongolia, like Central Asian countries is a bridge between the former Eastern Bloc Europe and Asia.
And another thing I like about Mongolia, apart from its thousand-year-old history, are the girls, I have always had a soft spot for girls from Mongolia and Central Asia.

There's something intriguing in the way the Korean producers put these people in all kinds of situations and there's sometimes uncomfortable situations and people just get through them. An interesting type of directness I've not often associated with Eastern Asian cultures. On the other hand, one of the things I'm still learning, is that sometimes things you have to be circumspect around, can be very different in different cultures, and things you can be very straightforward about, too.

The related ethnic group and neighbors of the Mongols are the Turkic(NOT TurkIHS) peoples. The ancestor of the Mongols and Turks are the Hunnu(EU:Huns & China:Xiongnu). The Mongols interacted a lot with the Chinese and the Turks. Do you still consider them unique peoples? 😂😂😂

Sanskrit is an indo European language just as the most languages in Europe . Also Persian. And it’s related to them so it’s etymologically , name. And some southeastern languages took it but from Sanskrit.
