How to polish aluminum wheels with zephyr polishing kit

  • For starters I’m not a teacher so sorry if my instructions aren’t good enough but I’ve been asked several times how I make aluminum wheels look like a mirror. This is how I’ve always polished aluminum wheels. This will work with any Aluminum wheel that doesn’t have clear coat.
    Also the first video showing the truck with 6” in the front and 3” in the rear.

    If you’re new to the channel this is a realistic build process, no I don’t have 30x16s and I’m not going to sema anytime soon. I’ve noticed a lack of RUclipsrs that have builds that anyone with any job can accomplish.

    Did you have to use an extension with that polisher?

      No I did not. The zephyr polishing kit works excellent with the harbor freight adjustable speed polisher.

    What’s the name of those rims?

      I believe these were pro comp but there are several brands that have bulletholes. These were 17x10
