Much respect to all of you for watching these and supporting the channel! I hope this was helpful!
I tried to get back to addressing you guys a little bit more for this training video and Uncle Nic Stops in to say hello and tell you where he has been. Also Seminar and upcoming things explained. As far as Training, there is a 700lb Deadlift, 275lb Log Viper Press and I was fortunate enough to hit 4 Reps at 600lbs on the Squat. Warning though, I did end up getting sick during this video so check the time Stamps if you want to skip over it.

Some days are just awful, the quickest way to make them go faster is to keep working hard, do something amazing and be nice to others.
Btw, tried a barbell crawl starting on my knees. Fuuuuck, that was hard. Got halfway down before I faceplatned and got the barbell on my head. Good times. Gonna try again tomorrow.
This is awesome brother, thank you so much
I one hundred percent agree
Brian checkout London Real on RUclips. They have amazing interviews and they have a program that teaches you how to get your message out with podcasts, Ted Talks etc as well as entrepreneur stuff. Robert Oberst and Eddie Hall were recently on London Real. You would be a great interview on his (Brian Rose) show too!
Hey man hope y'all enjoy the train ride, I been on one when I was younger, it's cool as fuck man...
Every morning I wake thinking "I'm tired" but I think to myself Brian is doing this stuff throwing up. Then I quit being a baby and get after it
Hope to see you at a TedX talk someday brian, youre an inspiration.
That would be a dream!
@@BrianAlsruheOfficial Check out London Real on RUclips they literally teach you and support you to do your first Ted Talk.
You’ll be there. No doubt about it brother.
Not sure how youd do it, but i could 100% see you doing a Ted Talk
Man, that would be amazing
Agree. Your story in of itself and how you have continued to kick ass is so motivational.
You're an absolute monster. To have, and still are, dealing with yet persevere with training is impressive and inspirational. I need to find a large dose of "suck it up buttercup" in my training.
Brian : Im really thinking about ways to get my story out there
Me : BOOK
Brian : if you know any public speaking-
ME : BOOOOKKKKKKKKKKK
Happy anniversary brother..
You seem a bit disheartened at the end..
Don't be.. You have made a difference in my life, which inturn added meaning to yours...
Better days will come. Hang in there buddy
Going for a max while having bronchitis, i know brian is badass but at this point i feel he is just playing with fire.
Where did I go for a max?
I'm praying that God will heal you bro! Happy anniversary!
Thanks dude!
I've never squatted 600lbs when sick. Maybe that's the secret
There are openings left at the TEDxCatonsville near Baltimore next May. You can email and let them know your ideas and work with the coordinator to make it happen: www.ted.com/tedx/events/35443
Hey man, as always love your videos. All of your cues and form tips have been immensely helpful, but even more helpful have been you sharing your mindset on lifting and life. I’m learning to just f’ing do. the. work. And my lifts have gone up like magic.
As a side question. Do you have a recommendation for someone who is working on your NLL Routine, and wishing that they could get into the gym on a 5th day in the week? I’ve kind of been going in and just supersetting core and upper back stuff, but I feel like im mostly just dicking around and I really want to structure better
You help a lot of people!
Thanks Thomas, I appreciate that
Brian, who‘s last name has german roots, hearing Nena while working out, fills me with some kind of joy.
Greetings from Germany!
You should have a TEDTalk!! For sure
12:35 Nena 99 Luftballons!! Awesome German Song.... : )
I really appreciate your videos you really motivate me your attitude is awesome thanks for what you do god bless you and your family
I'm glad you're getting stronger despite the vomiting. Praying for your fast recovery Brian.
Brian, will it be possible at some point to allow the 'DIE EMPTY' discount on the European site of Slingshot? www.improveyourbench.co.uk
Sorry I should have commented yes Die Empty works. I'm patiently awaiting my first purchase. Bought Knee and Elbow Sleeves and a Beanie. Looking forward to trying them out.
You must have calculated wrong when converting lbs to kg. 275 lbs is not even close to 45 kg.
Hey Brian I just won a Strongman Competition and qualified for the 2020 Nationals. Any advice for the 9 month journey I’m about to go on to prep for it?
Happy Anniversary, Brian and Alena!
Dude! Mateusz presses in that same fashion. I've seen him crush some events on reps by doing that viper style press.
I don't care how hard a man you are, puking sucks ass. Brian pukes and continues on like it's nothing. Absolute monster. I can't express how much this channel has helped me in workouts, life, and mindset. Brian, thank you for keeping me pushing myself!
I seriously think you should be doing a podcast of your own. Tell your story, have people share theirs, talk to the network of people you have surrounded yourself with. Reach hundreds of thousands, not hundreds. Keep inspiring.
Good to see you Nic ! hope you will be back soon
Brian, I keep losing my jobs trying to work in commercial gyms. I try to work at them for the free membership. I need a way to make money and train. Can you suggest Anything?
Thank you for what you do Brian, every video is positive, you are making the world a better place. You are in my prayers.
Hey Brian. You may have said this once before but what was wrong with your shoulder and how did they fix it and how was the recovery and how is it now? Thanks in advance
Always love watching your videos Brian! So informative and fun....keep up the awesome work!
How tf do you make your grip strong enough to do those deadlifts?
Happy Anniversary to you and Alena. Hope you have a great time on the train ride.
Backing all of these comments a out a Tedx talk!
Keep on fighting Brian, you helped me being a better man and athlete
It would be awesome to see you on Joe Rogan Experience
Great motivation right before my workout!! Thanks Brian 💪
Go get after it my friend
Thanks for the inspiration brother 💪✌️
Thanks for watching it!
Where do you get that rubber/soft atlas stone?
Finally a dude who is strong and not on steroids
Hey Brian, can you do a rope climb technique tutorial?
cmon man
ST sponsored? Big steps man!
Wow! You're a total BADASS!
Love your videos m8 get well soon
Haven't watched for a bit, it was so great to hear how much better your voice is now that it's not so raspy and vomity. Glad to see your health is coming back!
Hi Brian.
What advice do you have for someone who wants to get ridiculously good at yomping/tabbing/rucking?
Would be interested in your advice. If you could put together a basic sample program that would be AWESOME.
Early mornings: Pre work coffee / food, and these videos. You guys keep me charged!
Thank you for the quality content.
Nick, good luck!
Brian, hope the bronchitis goes away quickly (and the other stuff, too, of course)
Hey Brian, could you do a video on how to combine strength training with sports(boxing,MMA in specific)? Like, should you do them on the same day? Which one should be done first etc
I already made it brother
@@BrianAlsruheOfficial You actually did, I just found it. Thanks for responding and thanks for all the info and advice you're giving out. For example, your video on breathing and bracing was almost life changing. I don't think anything else has helped me as much in lifting as this.
That wasn't 'puking'. That was 'immense amounts of power trying to forcefully leave your body'. KEEP IT IN. You're an inspiration that I tap into every day, however mundane the tasks I have ahead of me. Thank you, Brian.
Congratulations on the anniversary!! And I agree with all the comments about public speaking; you have a great story to tell. You’ll get there before too long.
Be strong and courageous, brother!
Hey Brian, just curious with the throwing up, how do you ensure you get the proper nutrients every day? Additionally do you take anything to limit the distress to the esophagus given the level of acid? Ive a similar issue just on the other end if you feel me. Lower bowel cooked by radiation treatment. Been trying different supplements to ensure I am absorbing as much nutrients from my food as possible.
It's only some types of antibiotics ..flouroquinalones are one I've used others and been fine
Keep at it, man. I'm surprised you can do what you do with that disorder. Most people would break.
Impressive lift and an even more impressive mindset! Enjoyed your talk with Mark bell.
Nic!!!! Great to see you talk back on RUclips Brother.
Used your code for a Slingshot and new STrong Sleeves the other day
Half keister
Your Training videos are the best motivation there is before going to the gym!
Keep it up, brother!
Congrats on your anniversary 🎉
Good to see Nic again and see he's well.
They say be one with inner peace, I say be one with the inner Brian.
I'm going to use that code! Thnx bro!
Brian, you’re fast becoming a hero of mine.
Happy anniversary. Ours was this month as well.
Love your stuff man. Inspiration.
This guy is such an inspiration !!!!, whata savage
Uff..glad nic will make videos again!
TedX? - local universities sometimes host these.
So Brian, quick question. In the collab you and Allan did, you guys talked about stones. Like if you could deadlift x you should be able to lift a stone weighing y. Was curious if you had some idea about sandbags, too? I want to get some, but want to make sure I get ones in the right weight range. Thanks for all you do!
Brian has at least one video dedicated to sandbag training that might answer your questions. I don't remember all of the details in it but it's out there
Stay strong, brother. You're an inspiration.
Brian do you use the longer elbow sleeves because of the type of training you do? If you did only the more traditional static style of training you think you would use the smaller sleeves? I’ve never used the long ones that’s why I asked. Hope the leaves are changing color for your train ride that’s what I miss the most in Florida.
I don’t really know man, these are the only sleeves that I really spent any time training with. I had rehbands But those don’t really provide support for lifting so it is two completely different animals
So glad you're back to deadlifting heavy! So glad you're doing better.
Thanks so much!!
Inspirational Brian!!
Happy anniversary!
I notice a lot of people seem to be having nerve issues with OHP.
👍💪😀
Lers get it Brian!!
Thanks Joe!
Good job
Thanks Adam
@@BrianAlsruheOfficial how is your shoulder doing. I know your last video you're pretty run down from the surgery
