Its funny cause it seems I got stronger as a lighter body weight as well as more athletic, must be them tabatas.

@BrianAlsruhe with lyme disease lpok into post exertional fatigue, similar in cfsme, its like doms how hits you 24-48hrs after doing something but its fatigue and not pain like doms. Way around it is pacing ie rest the day before a hard workout and rest a day or 2 after. Its destroys regularity but for some its the only way around it. When you feel shithouse, its telling you to rest. All the best with it mate👍
Imagine if Brian trained for olympic lifts or crossfit from the start. He's so goddamn explosive!
CateDoge I imagine he’d be successful in pretty much any fast-twitch dominant sport. His work ethic and drive are second to none. Powerlifting, strongman, weightlifting, martial arts, football.. probably any of those 👌🏼

I finished 4 horsemen just before I came away and had planned dark horse (2nd run) when I got back, but beyond linear 😍 means I need to spend some time writing it up before I fly home so I can get after it Monday! Cannot thank you enough for the stuff you put out, when I can afford it I’ll be buying a programme from you!

Brutal workouts Brian... gives me mindset motivation. Question I just thought of yesterday: which movements should you not constantly retract your scapula on? Or are there some movements you should retract your scapula on during the movement itself, I'm mainly wondering about it with row variations.

Nah man. I think they are inferior to the front squats and for most people, or a waste of time. But for the right clientele, they are priceless

It’s the only way I can get it done that fast. Clearing Co2 during squats takes time. If you’re under a clock, you don’t have that

She does a great job balancing vlogging, commentary video, competition footage, while everything is so dynamic. Maybe because she has someone film her all the time. How about collabs? Allan Thrall is always great, but he rarely bring his viewers out of his gym. I'm aware talking is cheap, if you feel that I'm just trolling, ignore me all together. Thanks 😬

I've been running Jacked and Tan 2.0 all summer, which also has you working up to a max every workout.
Its an absolute blast and an awesome way to train. Nothing like getting into a right mindset than constantly trying to beat your RM's every time you go to the gym.
