Hi. I recognised the name! I owned Mouse back in 2016. Have three photos from the time I’ve just found. I’m currently a blue Wayfarer sailor slightly earlier than yours. Paul
Marshy From Mandurah WA Australia Just stumbled across your video lovely little boats.I lived in Poole and sailed in Poole Harbour with the school in wayfarers...very lucky to have lessons in a school day to teach you swimming , canoeing n sailing....We also had a Gull as well great boat not seen any here in OZ as yet..you will have alot of fun in that .Cheers Marshy
Looks like a lovely little boat, I wish I could find one here in Portugal. Incidentally, we have some delightful inland cruising waters between hydro electric dams, on the major rivers.
Thank you, we are so pleased with our new little boat! People at the sailing club have been telling us that she’s in really good condition. 👍 It’s great to have delightful sailing spots near bye!
I single hand a Gull Mk 3 on Chichester harbour. A great place to sail and a good boat for single handing or with two adults. Yes, just like a small wayfarer
I had a Wanderer which is a 14 foot Wayfarer and is definitely seaworthy. However as launching on a soft sandy beach it was ultimately (after twenty years) too heavy. That said twenty years with one boat is pretty positive!!

That sounds fantastic! I wonder if the school still teaches these lessons in Poole, nothing quite like learning a life skill when you are a kid! 👌
Looks more manageable....hopefully.
Fingers crossed!! 🤞

Fantastic! A beautiful part of the country, it’s definitely on our list of places to sail!
I’m looking for a sea worthy boat to sail single handedly. Considered a Feva, Wayfarer and Gull. Which should I choose? Thanks.
We’ve used a Wayfarer on the sea a few times but we don’t have enough experience to answer your question. Good luck choosing!

I intend to move there to the UK
Fantastic! Wishing you the best with that as and when.
@@DanandRow probably a few years yet but definitely going to move. 👍
