    Business viability /profitability is high for New Launches because the commission paid by Builders is about 4-7% , resale requires high efforts and commission is about 1%, Therefore resale is not getting adequate weightage.

    so much lie .... 29 Families in 270 acres .... Man this project DLF privana south is in around 15 acres ...not in 270 acres ..... And heavy vehicle can come easily , GMDA plans are on papers not implemented fully on ground
