I have been living in Emaar Gurgaon Greens from last 2 years, amazing. Excellent everything. 10/10 till mid 2023. But Suddenly the rents have doubled...For the sake of hard working people living on rent please don't pay more than Rs 27000 per month. I am being honest as it is the Max worth as a win win situation... You also need to compensate on below challenges...1) Only good for work from home please. 2) No MNC provides cab here..3) Uber/Zomato partners are not happy to deliver here. 4) Extreme trouble of water logging during rains 5) the malls nearby are useless 6) No good market in the radius of 5 KM...7) Schools nearby are horrible...8) Sec 102 is not for everyone, the loneliness here can get you in the dipression...Many more advantages and disadvantage...but please don't pay the rent blindly and raise the expectations of landlords...🙏

The audit conducted was the visual one and on the basis of just visual audit it is not logical for any structural audit agency to declare thease society unsafe? It seems that the presenter has not gone through the audit report while making such a statement. I myself is an Engineer with 35 year experience in the field of construction in India and abroad and i m the resident of such one of the society M3M Woodshire I hv the audit report of the society and I do not found any where it is mentioned that the society are unsafe to live. I would appreciate if the presenter educate himself on the fact despite spreading the information, which is totally misleading. Once again, I say the audit conducted was a primary one, very basic in nature as such, can not be conclusive. I request all the readers and residents to thease society to rely on the facts and not just on the superficial explanation made by some one on the basis of कौवा कान ले गया....Although if the presenter has any substance to prove his statement , he is most welcome.

Dlf Ultima hell lot of seepage issues stayed there for 9 months. Every month there was some issue.
All the DLF socities in New Gurgaon has similar issues.
