Jazza’s Kratos looks like a calm and reasonable person

ik know when he said he looked like Zeus i was thinking about how he killed him i even played the game
I mean, the description is based on GoW Kratos, and he did try to be calm and reasonable.
I've always felt Kratos had Amber eyes, and not Hazel, since they are basically the colour of gold/yellow.
"Are you a calm and reasonable person?"
3 ideas because I love this series, and it's what brought me to Jazza in the first place!
1. Drawing characters from there personality descriptions.
2. Drawing book titles
3. Drawing characters from a blurred image
i feel like drawing them from a blurred image is way to easy
I am always wondering how other artists from jazzas' team would draw them -like comparison video.Wrote it few times earlier,and never was listened ;)

Drawing charkters from their voices :D
This would be Kratos years after ascending the Asgardian Throne. I'm assuming the spear in his hand is Odin's Draupnir. The armor he's wearing looks to be a mixture of both Norse and Spartan, signifying the connection between his past and present. The ponytail tells me that Kratos has become a lot more open-minded and a lot less cynical.
Gungnir , that's Odin's spear name.

These were too easy to guess lol. You should draw Monster Hunter monsters by their description. I think you’d hit that out of the park!

Fun fact: M. Bison isn't actually that character's original name. That was initially the boxer character's name as a reference to Mike Tyson, but Capcom didn't think that reference would fly in the west, so they swapped 3 characters names around during localization: M. Bison, Balrog, and Vega. The boxer Mike Bison was changed to Balrog, the claw user Balrog was changed to Vega, and the evil general Vega was changed to M. Bison. This change has persisted throughout the series's localization as well, so in Japan, his name is actually still Vega.
Tragic that the Japanese have the inferiour name...
@@lamezorlord Considering his plan involved vegetables, Vega is more fitting plotwise, but M. Bison is definitely more intimidating of a name.

I may be silly, but with his military attire, my brain thought that the M was for Major. So he's Major Bison, or M. Bison.
I could not get the last one until he drew him for real and then I was like oooooh
I absolutely love the way Alicia shades faces. Like the harsh vs smooth shading looks so good and really brings out the different features of the face
I’d love to see historical figures from their contemporary descriptions (like Genghis Khan, Cleopatra, etc).
Lara Croft was waaaaaaay too obvious! Even if you don't want her in your head when you make your own, it's impossible not to!

At first with the green leotard and high boots i was thinking it would be cammie, then once the backpack and utitity belt came up i realised it was lara.

I would love to see this character series continue but with characters that you don’t know! Or at least not overly popular characters. Or like a character mash up series but instead of you using a wheel to give you a character and style it’s your team mashing up two character descriptions. You draw the description then guess what two characters were used for the prompt? Hard huh? 😅 anyway keep on keeping cool 😎

I can't stress enough how awesome the one two punch style of drawing with Jazza and Alicia is! Personally I remember when I used to draw a lot, I would become a little blind to my own design because I am too familiar with it. Giving it to someone else with fresh eyes and fresh ideas can clearly push it so much farther!
These are my favorite videos! He's so talented in everything, but his character drawings are on another level. I can't even begin to talk about Alesha! Her rendering is insane!

I truly hope this is a series that stays for a long time. I really enjoy it and it scratches just the right creativity spot in my brain. Seeing alternate versions of creatures and characters is really fun and inspiring for other artists to just mess with ideas. Love you and your team’s work ❤

as soon as Jazza started describing M.Bison, I knew it was him, every second after just made me more confident.
Alisha's rendering of light is always SO GOOD! These were really cool, nice job.
Since this video game one seems a bit easier, if you do it again, I think it might be cool to implement some sort of way to have to *earn* the information (could even be through a game somehow to stick with the theme?)
This is certainly still a very fun episode but it is a lot clearer seeing as there's not much to interpret.
Maybe even a random number generator to determine how many segments of info you can have per piece, up to like 5 or 6? Idk, just something I thought of.
It's only easy because they chose the most mainstream video game characters that non-gamers would most likely know. It would be cool if they chose characters like Dante (Devil May Cry), 2B (Nier Automata), Wolf/Sekiro (Sekiro), Cereza (Bayonetta), etc.
@peterchrono yeah I think a part 2 with some lesser known characters would work better Kratos Lara Croft and Bison are just too well known for it to be a big surprise even if youre not into video games

Those look amazing, Alesha did such a good job on the finishing touches. I'd love to see some folklore drawings.
6:51 It's super cool to get a good view of all the details in the finished painting. I only wish that the final shot gave us a fully zoomed out view so that I could see how all the different shadows and highlights worked together on the finished piece. We can almost see everything here, but the hand and belt at the bottom are cropped out.
I love seeing how an artist can take a great character design and push it to the next level by adding detail and texture to all of the different materials. I love the collaboration in this video.

These videos are awesome. I was such a fan that i did order the art set you sell, and it came in already.
If you ever need to look for ideas for things to draw from description, try having your team generate a world in dwarf fortress - the game makes random creatures/dwarves/clothing designs etc as part of the random world generation
The best way to describe the style of your Kratos piece is 'very detailed comic book or cartoon', & I like it! These drawings look cool & you, Jazza, & Alysha did a good job!
That M. Bison kid cartoon sketch was so hilarious I almost choked on my food from the laughter xD

I'd love to see you do a collab with someone who literally wouldn't know who the characters are even if you revealed them at the end and they draw the framework and then you shine them up because there's no way you didn't know who every character was when you started drawing them :)
