Finasteride, Minoxidil 5% once a day, Vitamin D3 supplementation and you are good to go. Finasteride does 90% of the job, so don't wait for it. I have wasted 6 years due to BS stories on reddit and I lost a ton of hair. I regrew plenty, but it is still a long journey ahead of me. Good luck
Dude I’m dealing with exactly what you’re experiencing. Wild that the algorithm suggested your video. Trying to stick to natural route for the dandruff. Feeling I’d rather just loose my hair than the worry of side effects of medication though.
worrying that you will have side effects versus actually getting the side effects is two different things, it's literally like a 0.1-1% chance of possible chances of getting side effects here, hair is 90% of what makes someone look good and i cant imagine myself without hair
For eczema when I changed up my diet it went away, turns out I was gluten intolerant, upon removing this it stopped completely. If you haven’t already I would try an elimination diet for a few months
you ll be fine, the side effect profile is very minimal. just dont think nothing of it, take it as your vitamins in the morning and focus on the good feeling of being proactive about your hairloss. DHT is useless and with a positive mindset you ll avoid nocebo effect. don t focus on any little change, it s deceiving and unreliable.
still looks good though. keep it moisturized. i’m 29 and started losing hair at the age of 11. thyroid issues etc. by the time time i was 21 it was quite noticeable. i’ve been wearing a “hair system” for 4 years now. wig for short. look into that if you’re trying to avoid other alternatives
Hey bro just wanna let you know that hair systems are always an option, because once you face the side effects of finasteride or minoxidil its gonna be tough. I used to take minoxidil and dermastamping which worked for a while, but the side effects were brutal, and this is with a topical. hair systems are always a good choice and jake kent is a great inspiration.
I had the exact same eczema/fungal issue around my nose, brow and hairline for years. started using vitamin C serum every morning and it disappeared, and never came back. I have also been using Finasteride for 3 years and it's been perfect, it stops DHT levels by 70%. Recently I found out Dutasteride stops it by 90%, with no additional side effects compared to Finasteride. So I'll be switching when I next order.
Are you sure you don’t have seborrheic dermatitis? That can cause dandruff, hair loss and facial eczema, especially at the sides of the nose. Try using MCT oil as a moisturiser.
You have a good head of hair. At least from what we can see. Don’t stress about side effects. We are the same age and I started Dutasteride 0.5 8 months ago. Caught it early and it was the best decision I have made. Nw1 now.
@I was already losing so much hair that it was hard for me to notice any shedding. But I can say it has been around a month that I shed very few (6 in the shower) but it hasn’t stopped completely.
I know you didn’t ask and most of your comments seem to be from men so as a woman I am going to tread lightly. Personally you are an attractive guy and I know men seem to be hyper focused on their hair and what you choose to do is up to you but honestly I don’t see anything wrong with you physically and if you ever did go bald naturally I feel there’s a lot of power in that.
i would personally recommend trying out oils instead of worrying about side effects, rosemary essential oil mixed with a carrier oil has proven to work for hair regrowth, all natural without any concerning side effects, u can also use rosemary water for an ever better boost
@@TogiStogie it does, there are just no research backing it up because there's no funding or money behind the natural route, give it a try consistently before you knock it.
@@velpslog It may help--but only by delaying the inevitable. Natural routes don't solve the issue because they don't address the root cause of pattern hair loss, which is DHT.
if you’re fit and healthy with good testosterone issues you should have no issues. i recommend pomegranate, watermelon and beetroot smoothie for libido. finasteride side effects are noticeable if you have low testosterone. that’s all diet, sleep, exercise. lots of info out there how to optimise those.
just get on it, if you get side effects stick with it. your body will adapt, if it doesnt then stop taking it. It's like driving a car. focus on the 99% of people getting somewhere safely not the 1% of people that die in a car crash. I take finasteride and have no sides and wish i had started BEFORE i lost my hair. In fact I didn't even know something like finasteride existed and that basically all actors and soccer players are on it to prevent hairloss indefinately. Had I known the technology to never get hairloss exists i would have decided to take it much earlier. It's all a risk benefit ratio. Lucky enough i can take finasteride and have no side effects. to me it is worth it
Yeah it's cool to be bald every now and then but imo if you're losing hair you should keep doing treatment so that if you're fed up with being bald you can always grow hair. Shaving your head every 3 days or so is tough.
@@Meg-jf8mk It's just sad to see so many young people these days struggle to cope with the reality that they're aging. This guy has a nice head shape; he could focus on growing out a beard and putting on some muscle. Being bald with those traits is a very good look.

Check your Vit D level
It affects hair too and it's deficiency causes immune disorder as well

What about regrowth?
I’ve been on it for 6 years no problems
if you want to you can also use 0.5MG it blocks around the same DHT maybe 5% less however it has less chance of side effects
bro what is that on your thyroid?

Finasteride
You could simply try shaving it all off and accepting it. Maybe being bald isn't as bad as you had initially thought.
