Neenga 100g kooda sapdalam. Soya la irukura phytoestrogen effect varathukku around 20mg/kg of bodyweight venum. 100 grams la 156mg thaan irukku. So no problem
eating soya per day wont damage you and if you are still scared eat 20-30g of protein from soychunks, this doesn't apply to Tofu because any soy product which is fermented isn't bad for you, but overall it is safe if eaten in right amount, like even water is dangerous in high amounts the source of life is dangerous, balance is key.

Bro, consuming too much protein will cause kidney issues ryt. Eg:- If IT professional taking more protein pre or post work out and seating for minimum 7 hours/day will get into issues. Any alternative to mitigate this issue.
