I also avoided sugar but no difference. In order to lose fat we have to create calorie deficit. Even doing exercises will secret dopamine that's why some people are more focused or addicted to workout.

    After i reduced sugar almost 90% my smelling sense improved a lot my taste buds started improving a lot and if my mom adds sugar slighty i can detect. few weeks ago i tried Sugary cavins milkshake and i couldn't eat it because I felt so much sweet . Now i don't even like sugar but i still consume it

      @@invisibledon4060 Sugar Is important but We humans Consumed a lot in years and made it normalised basically you body needs 10 sugar per day but we consume 100 sugar a day and Our brain belive 100 is normal . The second I stoped white sugar i can even Detect Sweet from Fruits and vegetables Since those guys have very less Sugar we couldn't detect it because we used to consume 100

      @@UdayGamer consume in moderation, goal is to limit consumption of sugar not totally stop it... Sugar in coffee and tea are excess calories which can be avoided... It's been close to 2 years now, I have stopped adding sugar and adopted black coffee... It's not for everyone... Find out what suits u better...

    Only macros gives your calories, there is nothing like empty calories. Sugar itself is a carbohydrate, only taking low carb food will reduce the insulin resistance. There won't be much difference between white sugar and brown sugar interms of glycemic index.
