      I'll share mine......It's been over a year since I've started working out ....Gone from 84kg to 67kg...i was stuck in 72 kg for some weeks for whatever reasons but all i did was increasing my work out time and it really worked for me.....I do jump rope 30mins *5 days and resistance band work out 30mins*3 days....Those time is after my body got adapted to the high intense routine....See where you can increase your time or intensity

    More weightloss content venum 🤩 then I'm a hosteller already en food consumption 1500 ku around kuda ila ..
    Then I'm used to do cardio stuffs for an hour but none is consistent mostly but I did lose WEIGHT . Now is it okay for me to start from the calculated calories and 40mins cardio ?
