I'm obsessed with peanut butter! It's my go-to fuel source after doing a workout but
finding the best peanut butter in the market which helps repair muscles, and gives
high protein and all healthy fats that keep me feeling satisfied for hours is difficult to
find until I found this Alpino peanut butter. It is a high source of protein, and fiber and
contains all nutrients that keep my digestion on track. Unlike a lot of sugar
alternatives, it lets me enjoy the pure peanut flavor without any guilt. This peanut
butter is a delicious way to get essential nutrients and stay on top of your fitness
    goals.

There won't be any protein loss due to boiling....it will just gain some water weight due to boiling .... So cook 100 gram has low protein... raw mung beans 100g = 250-300g boiled mung beans

Problem with these food,,it's not available in outside..diet is about not for 45 days ..it has to be lifestyle in a consistency..
How many of these foods is easily available in the hotels..
If anyone wants to eat omlet,chicken,fish.. easily available.in a budget cost.
Even for panner ,we have to go for restaurant type area.
Do you think , probability of all those food you mentioned it's easily available in all hotels??.
    I am not offending..
All those food we have to prepare and go for our work..
At one point we may get fed-up..and eat outside
