I bought a bronze metallic to spray the harry potter books I'm rebinding and it's working great. Rust-Oleum gilded brass is the one I used .

For metallic I had to use Japanese watercolor it worked really well you just have to be careful to not wet the paper too much

To group items in design space and make them actually stay together you need to select them all and hit attach in the bottom right corner. This will keep them together exactly how you want. I use design space waaay too much 😂

@@BTSCoBookClub of course!! If you have questions I can usually answer them. I’ve been designing book covers lately and I’m starting to learn all of design spaces quirks and there are a ton of them lol

Thank you so much for making this video! Bookstagram has me drooling all of the beautiful sprayed book edges that I really wanted to find out how they're done. I just turned 30 and my (re-found) passion for rom fantasy books has me feeling like a little girl! I mean it's Friday night and I'm having a great time watching this video, planning how to turn my library like this too. I'd love to see the painted books you've done so far and also if you could please make a video talking more about the cricutter and its uses (I've been researching more and more whether to get one).
From one stranger in the internet to the other, thank you for sharing your tips! 💝💘💖💗💓💞
