Great class and cues! So if someone is using their hip flexors too much, does that mean they aren't engaging glutes and hamstrings, inner thighs enough?
Hey Bridget, yes, the hip flexors are part of the exercises. But we don't want things to overwork or underwork. So you need to strengthen the inner thighs, hamstrings and glutes. Sometimes people over squeeze the glutes and lose the hamstrings and inner thighs. I have a workshop that dives into how to train what I call the Thass® on OPC :) xx~LL
