This looks so tasty. I just bought some neck bones to make stock with and I just couldn't justify throwing all that meat into a stock pot. I'll have to try this first. One thing to note: garlic pepper seasoning is just garlic powder and black pepper, so its a bit redundant since you already included both those things. I'm definitely going to give this a try!
