I watched this and immediately cooked it. OMG. The flavor of this stew is so unique and savory. I absolutely love it. My husband is a brother (Chippewa) and I am Native American (Apache) and Mexican so the flavors really encompass both of our world in an amazing way. Thank you so much for this. I used beef shank this time and I plan to use the same recipe for the neck bones that I have in the freezer. THANK YOU SO MUCH! 🫂
Was looking for something different than my usual beef stew and was blessed to find you. Your recipe for "beef neck bone stew" was fantastic although I must admit I was a little skeptical about some of the ingredients (ginger, and cinnamon for example), but they they actually work well with the other spices used in the recipe. I really enjoyed it...the taste, the flavors, oh and the aroma, it was truly "heavenly". Thank you for the video and I look forward to being inspired by some of your other videos from your channel soon. Be blessed!!!
@@lindafisher3660 Hi Linda. It depends on how many people you are serving. I used 2 large sweet potatoes, and 3 large white potatoes, cut them in small cubes. And yes I used fresh ginger, again it how much you are serving. I used about a table spoon.
Never made it before but I have some neck bones. Yr recipe is more out there than anyone else’s w stuff like limes and lots of curry style ingredients-sounds really good gotta try it!
I love your recipe! I’m going to make this your way! I only use tomato sauce garlic powder onion powder, season salt, onions, black pepper, paprika, red pepper flakes, white potatoes, and I boil in water with whole corn. But your way looks so much better but mines was good too I just want to try it different now. Thanks

Little bit close to the Hungarian style... it's like a "ragu" ( the ragu and the stew which in Hungary pörkölt not the same style ).... but I think this is a perfect menu... so not hesitate to start to make it 🙂
