In the world of Covid I do almost all my workouts via RUclips- and yours are some of the toughest. I do like the standing workouts best - and this one I can feel really does the job.
This is the best standing glutes workout I’ve ever done. Your instructions are so clear and the speed is perfect. I always find squatting so difficult so I tend to avoid it, but not with your workout. I can finally feel it in my glutes without feeling a pain in my lower back (because of your instructions to put the weights in the heels). Love this. Its easy. For some reason the floor exercises make my tailbone hurt and after 5 minutes, its extremely sore i have to stop exercising, losing my progress.
Thanks so much! I'm glad you enjoyed it Maja! Over time your body will get used to doing the same exercises so you will need to mix it up with other lower body workouts on the channel. Consistency is key!! 😊
@@mabajaki5555 Your muscles will grow to a point and then you will need more stimulation to grow more bigger muscles. Your body will reach a point where you will need weights to grow as you are used to the movement. You can always play with tempo etc...

Heyy!!! Welcome 🤗 are your inner thighs feeling tight? Do a good warm up before hand and really try and focus driving through the heels to get the glutes xxx
