I prefer the Tumble rugs. They use rubber mats which are easier to clean and to get the rug on and off of. Spills (and urine) also just puddle up on it and you can wipe it off. I’ve never had it go through. Bonus they are cheaper!
Invest in the Bissell portable carpet cleaner. I am not sure where in the US you can buy it but in Canada, it's at Canadian Tire. We got it on sale for under $80 and it works for house and car.

Yes, we have an appointment on the 25th, I aligned it with her teeth cleaning appointment (because she will already be under and I want them to run all the tests because her hips seems to be bothering her now too). It’s so hard seeing your pet get older :/

Haven't watched you in a minute but i started when you were still pregnant and we basically had a similar age toddlers. You look a lot skinnier I'm wondering how you are! Plus i guess cause of privacy not showing kids face anymore, good choice. Glad you get time off from yours, i haven't but mine is going to school in September, first time without me. She still sleeps with me though. Great video and hope you are feeling better
School has been lovely for us, we started with a parent program, next I had her in for a couple hours alone at a time, and now she does 3 full days a week! She loves all her friends and teachers, and now mom has 3 days to get work done uninterrupted, as that’s to only time I have right now. I am on the smaller side once again, if you watched my recent videos, I have not been doing well mentally 😬 but getting better!

You could put a water proof protector over the mat or some puppy pee pads on top of mat.
I put my pug on RX urinary food…k9 cd from science diet, she is all good now. My girl is 12 too.
