Each year, some 40,000 children are treated in our emergency departments and thousands more attend specialist outpatient appointments, utilise Community Child Health services, programs and clinics or are inpatients.
Children are everywhere and engage with every aspect of our health service.
It's our responsibility to ensure children are listened to and feel safe, comfortable, and protected when in our care.
