Alberta , Nova Scotia , BC and Hawaii it’s too dam dry and hot. But people need to also understand that it’s dry and one flick of a cigarette or one hot amber of a fire can ignite a very dry landscape very quickly
Thing is it really isn't all that dry right now. And now said fires are in NWT. Just find it really strange that these fires are all going on in untouched resource rich land.
Direct energy weapons.. I heard something like that did the same in Maui. And perhaps maybe they have been doing this all year. Or could just be global warming.
Fires happen, also the fact there are fires all over means there isa constant chance of some ember from miles away, catching some kindling and lightning it up. If you have ever taken firefighting training, they'd teach you that sometimes kindling embers get swept up in winds and travel for miles. Probably what happened here, considering we're having some close fires here im Kamloops as well.
Hello all you new people who have mov3d to the Okanagan. This happens frequently in this area. Kelowna nearly burned to the ground in 2003! It's called fire. Happens all over the interior in the summer. Don't know where you think you moved to.

The BC Govt should have been willing 5 years ago to team up with the public on making the most of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals for 2030. We could have been the main organizer for *continental water management* that would enable floodwater to be channeled to wetlands rather than flowing freely to oceans. This is the first step in rehydrating the dry areas of North America. We all should be teaming up with Ducks Unlimited.
Even just a wide no tree zone surrounding area with green grass. Even have livestock grazing it down. Ive yet to see greennlawns burn easily. .millions for stupid worthless projects yet this cant be done. Could even use power line alleys to help
They want to save every tree yet when these fires happen all of them burn. Males zero sense unless you really want these fires for pushing some kind of narrative

Most are naturally caused. Lightning and even the sun in dry kindling can cause a fire without moisture in the ground or air.

Environmental policies banning raking up dried up brush ,,, of course this would happen .
Canada should cut down all these trees and bushes and ensure the forest are far from residents..

Stop it already. This area is ALWAYS hot and dry every summer and prone to fires from lightning strikes.
