    I dislike RUclips because it enables anyone, regardless of their expertise, to upload content. This makes it challenging for us to find brilliant individuals who can explain a 2-hour lecture concisely in just 9 minutes. Thank you.

    For ES when do you use a 1 for the first activities. Also for EF do you not use the formula : (ES + duration - 1)? Please advise/

    • @mcanbolat
      @mcanbolat  3 года назад +3

      It is always a zero. Day 0 is the kick off day.

    pardon but, what would happen if the LS is smaller than the ES? e.g. 35 is ES and LS is 30. What would that mean and what would it be called? i understand quite well that a larger LS and LF than the ES and EF means the differenece between those numbers is the amount of slack time thanks to you're explanation =)) but noticed that all the LS and LF were larger than the ES and EF always so am wondering what would happen 1) if they were not both the larger numbers or 2) even if the LS was smaller than the ES but the LF was larger than the EF and 3) vice versa or 4) both ES and EF were the larger numbers. Or if that could even be a possibility? Anyways thank you for this video it is quite thorough in explaining each step and the reasons as to why each step happens and is taken. I think that is truly a mark of a good teacher :D ~ a student

      Thank you. There is no way that the late start can be smaller than the early start. It must be an error.
