CPM in Project Management & Operations Research | How to do a Critical Path Method

In this video, you will learn how to do a critical path method in the most easiest way.
CPM is an important scheduling technique. This method is used when the duration is known or certain.
The steps involved in CPM:

for backward pass at step 2 , 26-15 = 11 is minimum , compared to 28-15= 13

On the critical path i.e 1-2-5, there will be no float. Because it is already taking the maximum time, we cannot shift the start or finish without adversly affecting the end time i.e 28 . Hence logically the EST and LFT will be the same.
