    To find the variance , Please use the formula (tp-to)/6)^2.

      Madam, why we are not calculating standard deviation of the critical path by adding the SD value of each critical activity?

    Really very well explained ma'am, thanks a lot. A learner like me is understandable easily. Because I am not a student of math's 12th Bio and graduated within the BA stream and working for the last 13 years in IT (as a UI/UX Designer) even then I am getting 98% of your teaching.     The probability of the project by 35 weeks will be = 77.34% mam ..you have taken variance value is 4 mam but actually it is 2 in calculations it was right then when u written by miss it will happen mam 😊..
    But ur explanations is too good thank u mam❤

      Yeah, the video skips there. I figured out the variance is the standard deviation squared. The delay probability is 100% - 78.23%.
