My phone did this and eventually the line took over and my phone was on and you could here stuff and then it just went black and was done for like 3 days and then outta now where it came back on
So we should connect our phones to the TV then carry it along?😂

Isn't 450 a bit too expensive, I swore Apple charged $270 for this screen repair, and I have an iPhone XS
Where I live there isn't any apple stores, only certified repair places. So therefore they charge high prices.
Wow, in new york it costs around 80 at a 3rd party store

I just got this and my phone hasn’t been through anything too crazy, I mean it’s dropped occasionally but I have the glass and a decent case on it. Now I have a green line and I’m not doing this update. Apple makes such low cost products
well apple makes high quality products, also this line happens either from drops, liquids, or in your case and mine pure stupidity, what I recommend you do is get in touch with apple and hopefully you will be able to get a free replacement.

While I was on RUclips, my phone suddenly split and changed colors. Green became purple, red became green, and blue became pink. I took some pictures of it from my phone and easily shut it down. When it turned back on, the glitch was gone, but the pictures are normal too. Do you know how this happened?

Do what I did, go to apple and tell them what happened and do research before you do so, act smart and know what you’re talking about. You can see on the second part of this story it worked. Good luck, this is disappointing that it happens.

Same thing happened with my iPhone also yesterday evening. iPhone X space grey 256gb. 3 year old. Small green line on left side and greenish tint. I think it turns green at Greys and some tints of black. Please advice the best remedies now?

Go to apple and they should replace it for free, or it goes alone after a while with some people.
i had a long green line in the center of my screen on my iphone 12. all i did was hard reset my phone (by clicking the top volume button quickly, then the bottom volume button quickly, and then hold the off button) and the line went away!
Nice! Maybe what you got was a simple software fix but many people like me have it as a hardware issue.

Over voltage to the green pixels, and that can be primarily caused by water damage. But sometimes happens randomly

This issue happened to me again, I've never considered android more than I did now.
But don't forget that this issue is originally from Samsung as in the Samsung screens have an issue with over voting green pixels...

Hello! I’ve been using my iPhone 12 Pro Max (LL/256gb) for 6 months, yesterday the pink line (stripe) was appeared on my phone. It never drops on the floor. I wonder why all of the sudden it appears the pink line on the edge like this; I feel so disappointed becuz I just bought it with the brand new not the second hand or sth. Well that issue happens cause its a Samsung screen and Samsungs always have this problem, also because its an OLED screen. If you want a way to fix it some people said they reseted, restarted, or updates and it worked. But for some people like me we had to get the unit/screen replaced.

iPhones have these types of issues because they have Samsung screens, but it doesn’t mean they’re bad but OLED screens tend to be less reliable according to many people’s experiences.

If u done step 3, go tell him you have a screen

Maybe it’s a fall damage or water damage, only Samsung screens go malfunctioning.

Unless you have bloated battery. If so, you should replace it. It's not that hard and not expensive at all, well, compared to the screen, at least.
