Error: TooManyTransientFailureRetriesPermanentException: The job encountered too many transient failures (61) and is quitting. The most common failure is SyncProviderTokenUnexpectedInvalidationException with the hit count 60.
only 12 users in our company and This error is showing repeatedly and tried sending mail from company id to employee id from outlook but the mail isn't received. Can I know any solution to this?

I did the migration and everything went well. The first time I had a problem with authentication, it showed an authorization failure error, but then it synchronized perfectly. The doubt is that most of the mailboxes migrated to Office365 don't have the same size as the mailbox in G-Suite, for example: G-Suite mailbox size 30GB and in Office365 27GB. Do you know why this has happened? Is it normal?

Yes, once the data migrated and MX records pointed to M365 and have checked verified your email, contacts, calenders and folders feel free to get rid of google account.
