I have tried the migration several times, but the JSON is not downloading for me. Any idea or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
I am having same issue but after spending around 4 hours I could make it happen finally. Below are the steps that helped me resolve the issue.
1. I have associated organization policy role at organization level (domain name)
2. Go to IAM Admin -> Organization policies, find iam.disableServiceAccountKeyCreation. By default the rule is enforced (true) make it false.
3. Remove the organization policy role from organization again (Reverse operation of step 1)
4. Signout of all gmail accounts on your browser. Clear the cache for safety.
5. This time in microsoft exchange try to give a different migration name (different than earlier) to avoid using cahced data.
6. Now try the steps mentioned in the video.

What are the next steps? Can I create a shared mailbox out of the migrated mailbox? Please help
I did the migration and everything went well. The first time I had a problem with authentication, it showed an authorization failure error, but then it synchronized perfectly. The doubt is that most of the mailboxes migrated to Office365 don't have the same size as the mailbox in G-Suite, for example: G-Suite mailbox size 30GB and in Office365 27GB. Do you know why this has happened? Is it normal?

I did all that is required but surprisingly the JSON file didn't download so i am stuck. is there any solution for this ?
