Honestly. Wolverine will forever be the (Best) X-Men character of all time.The Guy has the biggest and complex origin story ever told, Even when he was Old Man Logan it was still complicated.
Fatal attractions should have been mentioned. It was a turning point for the character.

dwayne werleman read it to beginning to end & I remember reading it thinking they should make a movie, never even thought that when they made the movie curtain key characters & story's would be changed or even left out

I read "Origin" and "Weapon X", and they are among the best reads in comics I have ever had. That is why, even though I also strongly dislike "X-Men: The Last Stand", I think that "X-Men Origns: Wolverine" is the worst of all the films. It gave you the Wikipedia summary of the first part of "Origin" and a butchered, unfaithful, and downright disrespectful take on "Weapon X". Don't watch that movie, people. Just read both of those comics. They're usually easy to find at Barnes & Noble.

Josiah Thompson The game is a lot better. Still has some storytelling issues and things can be repetitive at times, but it's so much fun and so delightfully brutal. Fun fact: it's based off the original screenplay to the film.
Origin is amazing and also the x23 comics are good

i just finished all of Old Man Logan today in preperation for Logan. Its fucking amazing. Also if you're gonna see Logan, you should probably watch unforgiven. It inspired OML and it looks like it was an inspiration for this
I have finished reading 'Wolverine: Snikt!'. Now , I am currently reading 'Old Man Logan'. I am planning to read 'Wolverine Noir' in the future.
Saw Logan at 22:25 on Tuesday. Best movie ever! Better than the Dark Knight!

Me too, Inverness Scotland :) I've never seen a cinema packed during the day but at 22:23 in the evening? Packed out! It was a very emotional send off and my favourite comic book film to date, I think we owe Hugh Jackman the biggest thanks for really bringing the character to life for seventeen bloody years!

Well you cant really have one above the other because they do different things. But yes, both at the top seems fine.
Jason Aaron's Wolverine run remains my favorite and overall it is one of the most underrated series of all time.

The world building in Old Man Logan just has so much potential and now with damn Secret Wars it will never be looked at.
Seriously Old Man Logan isnt a good comic because its a Wolverine story, I want everything else talked about in that world.

I like the premise of old man logan but not the entire story or most of the characters in it.......my favorite is the marriage of wolverine to mariko such great character work where the gruff loner finally opened himself up to love deserved to be on the list not just hm imo

What about the comic "Wolverine Goes to Hell" ? It was a universe where Logan actually died and went to hell. Where he constantly fought demons to the point he went mad and soon became possessed by demons only to be resurrected back to earth to cause more destruction?

i have read just about every one of these stories
One cool Wolverine comic saw him tag-team with Jack Russell the 1st Werewolf by Night to take down Sabretooth basically it starts with Logan encountering Jack who turned into his Werewolf form and accidentally assumed he was a monster and tried to take him out but the fight ended in a draw as the two teamed up to take out Sabretooth who had brutally attacked and mutilated a young woman including using his claws to play Tic-Tac-Toe using her face, and it ended with the two animalistic anti-heroes forming a mutual respect for each other.
Finally. A wolverine list by someone who actually knows something about wolverine. Great list

Wolverin is my beast superhero ever 😍🤩
Logan a.k.a. James Howlett is one of the most, if not the most tortured, absolute worst treated character in the history of comics or film. If Rick Grimes and Frodo knew his story, they'd be looking at him like, "Damn, we had it easy." I'm actually glad they finally killed him off in the comics, he's been around for hundreds of years now and deserves some peace.
The only one I can think of off the top of my head whose agony matches or arguably surpasses his is Laura a.k.a. X-23. She went through just as much physical abuse as a little kid, then ended up killing her mother in blind rage. To top it off, the closest person she had to a father-figure was ironically the reason behind her creation, to build the next Weapon X.
There is also *Deadman Wonderland'* s Shiro, but I try not to crowd these comparisons even more with manga & anime. My point is, Logan's suffered far longer than any character humanly should and the writers were right to give him a break. Although, whether it be Laura or some other successor, I'm sure the mantle & legacy of the Wolverine will always live on.

Oh yeah Screen Rant xD. Do you know 5minute (something life blah blah blah). Its videos are longer than 5mins and the thumbnails never come up in the video.. They even repeat the same stuff .-.
paul Z if they were to do that, they'd have to put themself on the list. Don't get me wrong, I don't not like watch mojo. Its great, I'm subscribed, they have great vids. But a lot of times, they seem kind of biased. Like when they said that Adventure Time was the number one best Cartoon Network show ever made, or how a lot of their number ones in video games are super Mario. Watch mojo would be in at 10. Like I said I love watch mojo, but they'd need to be on the list

Theory: Steve Rogers(Captain Hydra) kills Red Skull then cuts off his own face. Rallies the villians under the guise of Red Skull. Kills the heroes off and takes over. Old Man Logan's dystopian future. The reason why Red Skull is dressed as Captain America at the end. ANAD MARVEL PRESENTS lol jk. Just a pot head thought.

would you believe when i was a kid (well okay till i saw the x men origins wolverine movie cause i didn't read the comics) cause i knew wolverine's mutant power was actually his healing factor (thanks rogue lol) i thought the claws were a secondary mutation caused by his metal skeleton (that and i saw the 90's cartoon and saw that he well for one thing was itchy in a flash back when he first got the metal so i thought that was his new mutation kicking in) clearly i was wrong it is a secondary mutation but it's not caused by the adamantium but his own body
i was hoping to see the one where the one where Wolverine and Hercules are in a relationship. that one is great.

The Death of Wolverine was terrible. They just killed him off so they could please SJWs to make X-23 the new Wolverine. Such disrespect for Logan.

spider-man and wolverine, was a good one shot issue; took place in germany, if i remember correctly
The title was Spider-Man vs Wolverine where Wolverine encounters his long time friend Charlie who is assassinating ex-Kgb operatives and Spider-Man gets hired by J Jonah to go to Berlin while Logan tries to find Charlie. Spider-Man and Logan cross paths and Logan told Peter to leave Berlin but he finds Ned Leeds dead and he comes back to accidentally kill Charlie.
Yes it was an underrated issue and very well written. I enjoyed how they placed both perspectives between Wolverine and Spider-Man and this issue was the first comic I read of Wolverine and I enjoyed it. In the issue nobody was really the bad guy it's just a tragic drama that played out realisticly during the Iron Curtain era.
