Wow! What a phenomenal piece of work from these authors. This definitely feels like the ultimate guides to collect as and when you see them crop up at reasonable prices. Thanks for sharing these and providing such helpful examples of the content 😊

Good point - buy them if you see them at an affordable price!

You got a terrific deal! I think right now it’s 300 American dollars Logos Bible software. I guess right now I’m using a mixture of NBD, and anchor and Baker and Tyndale and Lexham. I mostly consult them when looking up information about the cities in my passage for the week.

I bought that bible dictionary set recently for my Olive Tree Bible app. It was on sale and I couldn't resist.

Thank you, Reverend. I have and use the IVP black dictionaries, as they’re nicknamed (8 vols), and the Anchor Yale Bible Dictionary (6 vols).

Do you have any thoughts on the TDNT and TDOT series? Is this different? I know there are different types of Dictionaries so I'm not sure.

@@ZephrumEllison Sorry - thank you so much for the clarity - I think of it in my head as "Kittel"- it is an all time classic, but also slightly dated in that it like all great works, it is a thing of its time. I use an on line KIttel, and I am not sure that there is anything else with as much detail, but I tend to check a more recent one first (like New Interpreter's). Still a place for Kittel though!!! Thank you so much for leaving a comment and God bless you!

I have the New Interpreter´s and the section on the Canon on the OT is great and no, it does not support the 39 books canon as the Canon of Jesus, it was not.
