Nice build! I’ve only been on one warehouse job so far and we installed the insulation from the inside of the building after we did the wall panelling. Really interesting to see different processes
Would like to know, what was laid on the roofing before the iron sheets? What's the reason? Is it for heat prevention or excessive noise reduction during rainy days? What is it called? Thanks, everyone.
Insulation keeps the heat in during the winter and keeps the heat out during the summer. Many people in this climate put a mini-split heater/Air Conditioner in buildings like this in our climate.
The exterior cladding is metal panels overlapped. Same with the roof. Screws are fastened through the standing seams on the roof so that water doesn't collect and leak through a screw hole in the valleys. Since rain always follows gravity, these measures are more than enough to keep water out. It will slide down the metal walls and into the dirt.
Would love some info on how to get started on a business like this. I have lots of welding experience, but really looking to start up a business doing this kind of work. Im in the Abilene Texas area and we have metal mart and Mueller. Im assuming they have kits prefabbed at specific sizes? I akso have a buddy wo does concrete to large scale like this, but just any info and advice would be greatly appreciated. TIA
my guess is around 40k. my 40x60 was about 35k. mine also has insulation, 2 roll up doors and 6 man doors. does not include concrete or grading or installation cost.
@@workinonitSurge I believe they do that to pour larger footings in those spots for more strength. You’d think that’s where vertical beams would go, but they drill more holes than that. I’ve never asked why they drill those holes.

Ever had any condensation issues between the panel and insulation with that particular type of insulation material?
Not in this climate. I can see where that could be a possible issue in other parts of the world.
Yeah where I'm at that soft material would get so moldy from condensation forming on the inside of of the exterior cladding.
Usefull video ! Love from Vietnam
Any idea what brand the building is? How thick are the supporting steel members?
its only thin stuff probs 3mm if that. just folded in a way thats strong enough. probs non snow area
Great vid!
Do you guys use any kind of sealant to prevent water getting beetween the steel plates?
Buel tape went on every joint.

Fiberglass insulation.
Hi guys what usually cost to just installation this structure?
Amazing work both with the construction itself & with the cinematography, editing, & overall production value 👏🏽
Thank you!
What's the purpose of this insulation? Is that for heat?
How many days does it take to build this steel warehouse?

They will not answer you because it will took them several months may be a year
Great videos. Subscribed. What is the portion of the floor in rock and not concrete used for?
It was just a thing the owner chose to do to save a bit of money
What company supplied the building? What was to cost of the complete job? Where do you work, what states? Thank you Ron USCG RET
OLYMPIA STEEL BUILDINGS
Thank you for the info. But what areas do you put these buildings up?@@pjcavaliere
How long did this take to build, how many days?
Are those Aluminum Column Post and beams across?
No. They are galvanized steel.
Thank you...solid
Im a little confused on what is done to make the structure completely waterproof? idk

Looks great!
Thanks for watching!
I'm curious of why you use that type of insulation and not metal panels with polyurethane or something similar
İs this light steel frame?

Hi there
How do you always find the perfect spots for bushcraft?
Very Usefull video. Can I use this in my presentation?
Please site my channel as a source.
What would be the cost of this structure roughly without the concrete costs?
my guess is around 40k. my 40x60 was about 35k. mine also has insulation, 2 roll up doors and 6 man doors. does not include concrete or grading or installation cost.
what are the sizes of the galvanized studs ?
The sand was an interesting thing, never seen that before to raise the floor and save on concrete possibly?
How Much to build ?
Great video!!! Doing some research on a future timelapse of my barn build!!
what are the initial post holes dug for my the skit steer? Testing soil or putting in some concrete or something?

@@JerettFilmsConstruction makes sense. I guess I didnt see the holes after they start trenching, so I didnt see if they filled with concrete or not
I wonder what the cost was?
Good insight for my upcoming structure
Great Foundation 🏗️🏫🏫🏫🏫🏫🏫🏫
