What's the purpose of this insulation? Is that for heat?
How many days does it take to build this steel warehouse?
Insulation keeps the heat in during the winter and keeps the heat out during the summer. Many people in this climate put a mini-split heater/Air Conditioner in buildings like this in our climate.
Any idea what brand the building is? How thick are the supporting steel members?

It was just a thing the owner chose to do to save a bit of money

Not in this climate. I can see where that could be a possible issue in other parts of the world.
Yeah where I'm at that soft material would get so moldy from condensation forming on the inside of of the exterior cladding.

that is feet not metres so its not that big.
Im a little confused on what is done to make the structure completely waterproof? idk
The exterior cladding is metal panels overlapped. Same with the roof. Screws are fastened through the standing seams on the roof so that water doesn't collect and leak through a screw hole in the valleys. Since rain always follows gravity, these measures are more than enough to keep water out. It will slide down the metal walls and into the dirt.
Are those Aluminum Column Post and beams across?
No. They are galvanized steel.
