Thank you for sharing with us. I love your modest, yet feminine way of dressing and your gentle personality. I still dress and wear make up to be liked by men. Have been looking at longer dresses, but I do have an athletic body type and not all feminine dresses suit me well. One long dress I got seems like it's drawing attention again as it's a bright color and quite stylish. Please pray for me because I want to be free of pride and looking for approval ♥️🙏

I loved this so much it made me smile and I giggled at your scarf try on session.😉 You're adorable and an inspiration...and from your old pictures you certainly look like a new creation in Christ...so much prettier...not fake, and you dont need makeup cuz you got the glow of the Holy Spirit 🙌🕊️
I too had bright red/pink hair...Im heavily tattooed...I started wearing a head covering a few months ago and agree, I feel "safer" wearing it and am thinking of wearing it more. I hardly ever wear makeup anymore...just mascara sometimes when I go out cuz my lashes are super light. Girl, I live in S FL and just dont want to be wearing long sleeves all the time...I'll do it when i go walking alone in parks and things like that cuz it just makes me feel safer. I cover my tattoos at church for the most part, not all the time...I am tbe ONLY female there with visible tattoos and it makes me feel like a black sheep...maybe I am, but just like you, I am drawn to a more obedient doctrine...
My brain was literally hijacked by demons on several occasions...I am prone to wander. I need structure, I need to soak in and memorize the KJV. I cannot afford to be a lukewarm Christian in ANY WAY. Thank you for being brave and putting yourself out there so people like me can be inspired and can feel not so alone. Be blessed sister! ❤️🕊️💪

Thank you for the encouragement. I get a lot of discouraging comments, so I appreciate the encouraging ones. Haha that scarf try on session was funny. I laughed a few times at myself! Thankyou, I am glad you enjoyed the video. It was a big part of my life when I was in the world, faffing around with my appearance and trying to get attention, so it was such a relief when I got saved and was like "Oh, I don't need to do this anymore." hahaha. I love the head covering because it puts the worldly men off and you don't get as much unwanted attention. I also feel convicted if I don't pray without one.
I sometimes wear short sleeves in the summer. I have a short sleeve T shirt on as I have some evangelism t-shirts etc. I just try not to wear anything that is too tight so that people are not drawn to my body shape.
I cover my tattoos up mostly in the church because I don't want to have a bad influence on any young children etc and I don't wan't to draw people into the new age deception either, as most of my tattoos are new agey. When I am evangelising, I think it can be good to expose your tattoos a bit so that people can see that you came from a different lifestyle. I think it is a very powerful witness when you see someone for example, covered in satanic tattoos and preaching the Gospel or covered in new age tattoos. It shows the redeeming power of Christ and how he has cleaned people up.
Was your brain hijacked by demons when you went into the church? Have you had any deliverance? Yes a daily structure is good if you feel like that. It can help you stay focused. Sometimes God disables people for a while, so they can get into the Word.
I feel like I am not afriad to speak out about the lukewarm church, because the beginning of my walk was so hard. I had just been demon possessed and my brain was recovering. On top of that, I had a lot of christians bashing me for taking my walk seriously calling me a legalist and telling me I don't love God if I fear him, telling me to take my headscarf off, telling me I have a religious demon, that I shouldn't be evangelising and that I don't understand the Gospel. I also fell into the luke warm Gospel for a few months because the church I was at was teaching me lies. I thank God for keeping me on the narrow path. God bless xx

@@JesusSaves8your welcome!! Happy to be able to encourage you because that is what you do for me! ❤️. I feel the same about the lukewarm church. Yes...I fell under "psychosis" a few hours after my baptism with a local Bethel church...a few days ago I "stumbled" upon 2 Kings 2:23-24
It's where these little children from the town of Bethel mocked Elisha the prophet...and in return he cursed them and turned them into bears?! Lol I mean that's what I think I'm reading! Either way it shows that the Lord's anointed didn't seem to have any tolerance for the foolishness coming out of Bethel. 😉🔥🕊️🙌. Stay close to the shepherd... you're doing great! ❤️

A good lot and lot of good is packed in this video. Watched your lifestyle vid as well yesterday so it gave me a good understanding of your life choices, environment etc.
As a mid-life aged man looking out or somewhat actively seeking a wife, I have to say I agree and wish more women would embrace the word of God and apply it as you do. Sorry if I seem to imply anything, I have no clue what your choice in life is and how you wish to proceed or what God's guidance is in your case, I simply feel like writing this reply and praising your efforts. Especially when receiving praise, do not let anything get to your head as they say. :) I only paid/did what I owed, if ... even that.
I'm pretty sure there are plenty of men like me that are attracted more to the natural look, kind, meek, the opposite to exposed, fake and w/e the industry is promoting these days. It feels like society or these money driven corps put a lot of pressure, especially on women to look and present themselves in their manufactured image. As if better looks would help lack of reasoning. Do we really need high degrees of `education` to reason properly? Now of course there's also the subject of not all women are naturally pretty or w/e yet in many cases it is debatable and I'd rather leave God's reasons be His, because who am I to open the subject type of reasoning.
All that being said, no, you don't need to cover your face entirely just because of your natural beauty, decency seems to be a rare gem these days, I for one know I and a bit ashamed of confessing I fall for the good looks and beauty tricks as well, no saint here... far from it.
I pray more women come across your videos and embrace the truth, it is the image of God we're created in. Little by little the truth shall surface. God bless you!
And I have to end with: Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, the sinner. If I have offended anyone, please forgive me.

Absolutely, there are other men like you attracted to women who have the more natural look. My husband has always preferred me to not wear makeup. When I was young, I once asked him why he wanted a plain woman like me when he had HOT girls chasing him. He said he wasn’t interested in a high maintenance girl who was full of herself. He wanted a low maintenance and more down to earth woman that he could raise a family with and grow old with. I married him when I was only 19 and we built a great life together. I am still plain and he still loves me. ❤

@@naomimay82 Absolutely wholesome, sounds like you both matured properly. Looking back at the tumultuous state of things and chasing what I thought was financial stability or the minimum required makes me realize how I sort of tricked myself in the current situation. Opportunities passed by and in the end I realize there's 0 point in clinging on to the past. Live and let live, the moment is when the iron is hot. There's a say in my culture: God gives / provides but does not put (as in add in) in one's bag. *shrugs and smiles*

I would like to add my two cents here after reading this discussion. First of all I believe we should follow the teaching in 1st Corinthians 11. The main problem here is the misunderstanding of 1st Corinthians 11 altogether. I also have made an intense study of this passage, and the obvious conclusion is that Paul was referring to long hair being the covering.
The first thing one should take notice is the lack of wording required to conclude that a veil is being referred to here. The word veil or cloth is not in the text if we read from the King James version. If you read from the “modern” versions then you might get that view but not from the Textus Receptus.
I would like for you to reread the verses that allegedly refer to a veil which is 4-7 and 13. In those verses we read the words, cover, uncovered and not covered. According to scholars these are used as adverbs. Like if you were to say I am going to cover my feet. No one should be thinking of a veil just the action of being covered. What is missing in these verses are nouns that would prove the idea of veils. Since we should not be assuming anything we should be asking the question what is the thing that a woman should be covered WITH based on the passage ALONE? So if you do the math you would find that Paul refers to hair directly 3 times and then indirectly 4 times with the words shorn and shaven. So if there is no noun for the word veil or cloth yet there are 7 instances of idea of hair, then what are we to conclude? That Paul is referring to hair whether it be short or long.
But the counterargument would be that Paul is allegedly telling women to put something on. But that is not exactly true it says a woman should be covered, but he is referring to long hair based on the surrounding verses. But what about that a woman ought to be covered when praying or prophesying? The assumption is a that Paul was referring to only two instances which is not true he was merely giving us two examples. This also applies to men about being uncovered. Evidence of this is written in the forgoing verses. Paul writes that men ought not to cover because he is the image and glory of God. And then Paul goes into how woman was made for man and is the glory of the man. So it would seem that man shouldn’t be covered at any time if he is the glory and image of God. Paul also mentions that the mere observation of a praying woman should make us note how uncomely (unappealing in appearance) for a woman to be uncovered. Paul states this in a way that it should be obvious to anyone that she looks off in verse 13. He does this again in verse 14 about how shameful it looks if a man has long hair. He says it this way…
Judge in yourselves: is it comely that a woman pray unto God uncovered? Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him? KJV
So this judgement that we should make is exclusively based on observation of an “uncovered” woman as well as a long haired man. Two consecutive questions both appealing to something innate or within us. Paul is in essence saying that it should be obvious to see that something is wrong or off.
So how is it that for the women we are somehow to know within us that a woman would be unappealing in appearance without a manufactured veil? That does not seem logical especially since the word veil is never mentioned. Unless that is not what Paul is meaning but rather that if the woman was not covered in long hair (meaning her hair is short) doing something holy or godly LIKE praying or prophesying. I think most people can relate that looking at a woman with short hair does have an unappealing appearance. It naturally provokes head turns. And if there was any question Paul flat out states what he was talking about in verse 15.
So the facts are that there no nouns to use as evidence of a veil. There is evidence that Paul was using praying and prophesying as examples. Paul appeals to nature and something innate within us to judge that being uncovered or covered (meaning having short hair or long hair) should be obvious to all. So this cannot make sense with a manufactured veil.

Great video. I dont like showing my body, it always make me feel uncomfortable (which i believe is the holy spirit convicting me). I think modesty is also financial. I never wear clothing that is obviously branded because im not here to show off what brand I can afford. Makeup i wear only for special occasions: I personally feel its a waste of time and earths resources to use it. I always felt unwomanly for not being interested in these things, but I know that I dont have a need to be concerned about these things only Jesus.
I'm currently questioning whether I should cover my head in church.

I am also very petite and have a hard time finding clothes in general. I've been feeling convicted for a while now about the clothing that I choose, but I can't seem to find clothing that fits, is modest, and is realistic for the climate I live in. Hey dear sister, thank you for your video. You have an inner beauty that shines. Praise the Lord.
The Lord also has been convicting me to wear a head covering all the time. Right now I still struggle to wear it all the time. My problem is that I still fear what my family and friends will think of me and its hard to cover up my beautiful long hair, but I know, that the fear of the Lord and doing his will is the only thing that matters. Please pray for me 🙏
I also wanted to say that I’m convicted that its about covering also the hair, as Paul is saying that without the covering its like being shorn and he says that the long hair is given her for a covering, so that means to be covered. Its about covering our glory in front of God and people, for the sake of order and modesty.
The early christians also taught to cover the hair.
Have you ever read/ studied early christian writings? I highly recommend the videos of David Bercot, he talks a lot of the teachings of the early church. I realised that the churches nowadays have lots of false teachings.
    God bless you sister!

I would not say that fashion is a sin or that you cannot enjoy shopping. If you are going out spending all of your money when you are feeling low in order to make yourself feel better, this is when you need to run to Christ instead. Any addiction is not good. When I came to Christ, I realised that I was trying to stand out and be different and I always used to look down on people who were not "fashionable". When I was younger, I also used to go out and blow all of my money on clothes when I was feeling insecure. I think I was trying to get attention and look cool. I just buy what is cheap now and am not bothered about fashion. I started dressing a bit more plain and spending my money on ministry stuff instead/ giving more. I studied fashion many years ago at uni and I used to spend a lot of time shopping and trying to look fashionable etc. The fashion industry is a rigged game. They tell you "you need this to make you happy. If you do not have it, you are a loser. " Then it's just a game of chasing the trends. For me personally, I would say that it was a waste of my time. When I came to Christ, I realised how much time and money I had wasted. I just prayed for you to have clarity. God bless xx

The Hijab is overkill. Head covering in the style of Orthodox Christian women is much nicer in my opinion

Thank you, yes I do not wear it like that with that green one because it's a bit too much. Sometimes, it looks okay but it depends on the scarf.

I wouldnt call it overkill She looks great it it and the Lord will bless her for her modesty. Personally I would wear it myself if I didnt have this fear of being confused for a Muslim. the problem with Hijabs is that they attract attention rather than detract from it.

Thankyou. I do not think that you have to have long hair or short hair for a man (in fact I do not know enough about that topic to comment) but I was convicted to go natural with my hair and also my appearance, as I was always messing around with my hair before like dying it, having all different crazy styles etc. It is a relief not to have to do any of that stuff anymore.

Good for you there is no need to cover as in artificially. Long hair is the covering so you are doing well. God bless.

Proverbs 1:7 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge, But fools despise wisdom and instruction. The word " Fear" in the Hebrew is " Revere". 1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love

So, I am a Christian and I don’t mean to be a troll, but when the Bible talks about head coverings it’s referring to spiritual warfare. Perhaps that can come in the version of what you experienced, but I would be careful to use someone else’s poor behavior as a reason to wear a head covering. I would tend to wear a head covering myself if my husband were to prefer me to do that, but he doesn’t prefer that, nor does he want me to have super long hair - and that’s okay too. Debi Pearl and her pastor husband Michael (No Greater Joy Ministries) have some good wisdom about this topic I would recommend people read about.
