It was tough and I have no flexibility but it totally helps with my leg soreness.. My legs have been hurting from climbing stairs and also standing while teaching and this helps me a lot 👍👍
coming here to say thank you for this yoga series. i love the simple visual, instruction, and calming bgm. i'm doing it every night before bed. it is very relaxing. 🧘♀️
This was a little difficult for me becz my body isn't much flexible . positions like butterfly sit up was very difficult for my body and position 7:00 also
You can do it even though you didn't lose weight. But there's a possibility that you can hurt your body, so please stretch your body for warm-up before, and do only as much as you can! We don't need to be perfect :)
