3:20 "are you two coaster studios?", "we are!" "My kids think you're youtube celebrities" lol that was my mom, but meeting you guys was the most random unexpected part of our visit because we didn't even know you were there, but I'm glad we got to. Also Pantheon was great.
I definitely think they dropped the ball with theming on this one, but I think the ride itself will still be fantastic nonetheless. I’m still very much hyped to revisit this park for this.
It just opened, it’s possible they might add theming later
After all the delay time, it would have been easy - practically speaking, not financially - to use that time to add better theming.

@@Kidwhofailsmost It’s possible Islands of Adventure has thrown my expectations for the Busch Gardens parks higher than what they should be, but with Alpengeist and Verbolten in the same park, it’s hard to say they couldn’t have done more with the time this spent SBNO.

The two things we all wanna feel when we ride a coaster. You captured both at the same time. Beautiful.
I think some Roman pillars being placed next to the track in some parts would have added a lot to the park, but I can forgive that because the track color is beautiful.
It’s good to see all the sea world coasters opening
Pantheon literally made me love roller coasters. Was terrified going on it and going off I wanted to re-ride it so bad. Love to see others get to enjoy it.
Its interesting cuz from the off rides last summer in testing it was hauling. Now it seems slower.
I would 100% attribute that to Intamin's weather finicky-ness and it being really cold. On the down side you havent seen the true power of this ride...on the plus side, it running slower increases rhe hang time of the ride that you may lose when it's running fast in the heat.
So it may become a ride that has a completely different feel depending on when you ride it, which is kind of cool.
This ride looks like so much fun! Unfortunately I’m missing membership previews so when I do eventually ride it it’ll be a long wait but this looks worth it. Great videos as always :)

Just rode it for the first time at christmas town and, WOW! It's amazing! Got lucky, it was 38 degrees, and then about an hour later when the temperature dropped to 36 degrees they closed it. I'm surprised that they ran it at all with the temps in the 30s. The best part was that there was no line! Cold weeknights are the time to go for no lines.
It felt like the ride got faster through the evening. Even with the temperature dropping, the wheels warming up and felt more forceful in certain areas. I am really looking forward to July/August 98 degree weather rides to see how it really hauls. Nice to see you two out at the park and to say hey to you both. Take care and keep up the nice work.
It was so great to meet you all yesterday and get to ride the same train! Definitely the most unexpected element for me was the ejector in the back row as you exit the top hat. It is absolutely elite
Learning that there is a max height requirement is a huge bummer. I’m one inch over the max, so maybe I could pass, but I was really looking forward to this ride.
When you’re on the ride you don’t notice that there’s no theming so I don’t care. The queue is well landscaped so it’s not horrible. And this at least has grass compared to all the other SeaWorld coasters opening this year; those are just on gravel.
Seeing four SeaWorld coasters open together is like if Universal put something major at four of its parks in 2021. Oh wait…
caught a few glimpses of myself in this one! definitely excited to have something like pantheon in my home park, and pass-holder previews were handled pretty well in my opinion.
I love the sound from the booster launch. Those outer banked s-curve hills at the start look funky too.
The wait is finally over! Good days to be a coaster fan!!

Definitely a standout and my new favorite at bgw. It was in the 50s and the ride had only been running for 2 hours or so when we got there, can't wait to see what it's like late on a hot summer day
Didn't realize they were doing re rides later, I literally left the park at 4pm 🥲
Rode it yesterday. Awesome ride. So much fun. Couldn't stay for night rides because I had to get back for my brother's surprise bday party, so only got to ride once. But I'll be back for passport to thrills and hopefully they let us enjoy as much as we want

The Intamin overlords really are threatening RMC’s domain. Between VelociCoaster and this, they’ve really been amping up their game
If only Six Flags can afford Intamin and Cedar Fair didn’t burn bridges with them we would probably get even more amazing rides with them

@@KrimsonStorm after I305 was built Cedar Fair had issues with the ride and blamed Intamin and then Cedar Fair said they were done working with Intamin after the Shoot the Rapids accident at Cedar Point where the ride rolled back and the boat flipped over but luckily everyone was fine but Cedar Fair blamed Intamin and hasn’t worked with them since

We exited when they asked us to. We re-rode when they allowed it.
Leviathan has heaters warming the wheels in the station durning Halloween haunt when temperatures are even colder and it hauls faster then in the summer. Bush gardens should maybe invest. Also I’m a bit concerned about the speed, I know it’s cold but I really want this thing flying over that top hat like it was during testing and hopefully it wasn’t just for testing.

76" max...ouch...I BARELY make it at 75" lol...been a few lately that have a height max that I have barely made! Hang Time at Knotts is also a 76" or 78" as is Emperor at Seaworld...
Speaking of the new Seaworld coasters, are you going to ride Emperor in San Diego?

i can't wait for june 8th to get here so i can finally ride pantheon. i hope they keep the signs up for fornt row / other rows. they need signs like that on invader. waited almost 90 mins to get on just because nobody would fill in any other row but row 1 and row 2. also it looks like you get yonked pretty good on the top hat in the back.

Yeah, I'm betting the theming wasn't there YET. They wanted to get the ride open, after putting everyone off for so long. My guess is that the actual theming is going to be added next winter, so they can keep it open this year.

I like the color of the track and the trains, but I think, looking at how much speed the train has, when hitting the brake run, they could have made the coaster longer ;-) It may be they kept the coaster this short, because of the new switch track system and they already have plans to extend the track, when there are no malfunctions...? The Ride to Happiness at Plopsaland de Panne also has an airtime hill, but during the second launch!
That theming... that is pretty awful lol... otherwise I'm really stoked for this ride it looks great from the povs I have seen. I do wish Taylor would have gotten a chance to ride it when it was running fast. Looked about as slow as can be on his ride video.
which theming? Me as a European guy wouldn't even call those few signs theming, I expected more of this area. Toutatis (coming to parc asterix in france next 2023) is very similar, looks just as great but will that big theming.

Geez, 6'4" is the height cutoff? That's obviously the minority, but it's not like we're talking something as rare as 6'8".
I'm sick and tired of ride manufactures openly discriminating against tall people. 2M and a growing population, such a joke.
So should the park add lights for night rides or leave it without? Judging by the bubbly reviews everyone was giving as they walked off the ride it seems like light-free is the winner! 😎
I'm so sad I will never able to ride this because I'm too tall :( Intamin was my favorite but now I'm mad at them for clearances!
I’m extremely sad 😔. I’m 6ft 3 at 13 and I’m still rapidly growing. Guess I have to get as many rides on this thing as I can before I’m too tall. :(

Im exactly 6’4. Should I be worried about not being allowed to ride? How stringent are they being? Will they measure me? I technically meet the height requirement because I am exactly 76 inches, but with shoes im 77… kinda worried. Thoughts?

@@kylegreber2843 He was doing some construction work in the park on Thursday and they let them ride early as a privilege, but they got the stick out on him and said he was too tall. It's hard to say if it will remain this strict (since he was in a much smaller pool of people) and if footwear might have something to do with it. But I truly hope y'all get to ride!!
I’m 6’4 and even tho I made it under the walkthrough height check, they still measured me when I almost got on the ride. I had to take my shoes off to ride. I rode on preview day no issue, but this happened the following day. I would suggest lowest shoes possible.

It's sad to see a rollercoaster having a maximum height restriction in 2022. I'm sure BGW and Intamin could have done better than that.
For sure!! A near-miss element remains near-miss with even a foot or two more of clearance to accommodate taller riders.

So let me understand…Sea World has the money to acquire another theme park chain but can’t properly them their new attractions?😒 This so underwhelming and against their brand. Hopefully they will figure it out and make necessary adjustments.
I’m assuming the near miss element for the max height requirement is the supports on the stall? I’m 6’3” so I’ll make it by one inch but if they height check I might have to remove my shoes!

I’ve begged my parents if we could go. Since we’re military we get 4 free tickets a year. And they say it’s too far. It’s only 2hrs and we went to KD once a week which is an hour away 😭

I went to Williamsburg last spring and Pantheon looked fantastic! However when we went there, Loch Ness, tempesto, and alpengeist were closed for our entire trip, but it didn’t look like anything was going on with them like a repaint or maintenance, anyone know why that is?
A combination of off-season refurbishments, staffing issues, and covid. Even now, Griffon, Loch Ness, Tempesto, and Alpengeist are closed.

i just rid pantheon today as well! i think it was 12:40 when i rid!!
IM 7 feet tall and it pisses me off when rides have height restrictions i get that most people aren't my height but like my home park is cedar point and technically im not aloud to go on a few of my favorite rides even though I have riden all of the coasters that do have restrictions and to me there is no reason for the height limits like millennium and top thrill .

I don’t understand why you guys hold on to the lap bar with 1 hand and put the other one up. It’s not like you can hold up a lap bar when you’re experiencing 3+ gs with 1 hand. That’s like doing a bicep curl with 50 pounds. I would think that doing this seriously detracts from the experience because you have to put more effort into holding up the bar.
Theming sucks, but I can’t wait to ride in a few weeks!

you mention larger guests here and not on RMC??? that are probably the most tight restrainsts out there when it comes to who is allowed to ride...
Random response to you here, but the ride where I saw the most people who had to leave the coaster in the station without riding was Poltergeist at SFFT.
Given the cold temperatures, do you think you'll have ridden Pantheon sufficiently to do a review video at this point? Generally you do your reviews after you ride a coaster on a single trip but it almost feels like you rode this at an unfortunate time so it'll be hard to know how to compare it to other rides. That's a shame because I think people will want to hear your thoughts on how it compares to other Intamin multi launch coasters like Maverick and Velocicoaster as well as how it compares to its counterpart at BGT (Iron Gwazi) and how it compares to the top tier coasters at Kings Dominion.
I've ridden it almost a dozen rides at this point, including when it was 75 degrees out today. I think I got a really good feel for it in order to give it an accurate review!

Because lap bars are just as safe as over the shoulder restraints
Lack of theme and scenery is pretty sad. Didnt need to be huge, just some ruins or something to look at. Feels like a generic ride.

I think its unfair at this point cuz everyone knows Intamins run better when its hot. Pantheon's true self wont be known until summer.

Idk man, this ride doesn't have a THING on Velocicoaster. Without theming, with a shorter & less exciting duration, and a story that already seemed incredibly weak at rollout, Pantheon really isn't something I'd be rushing out the door to ride.
