      What are your exercises? I randomly started having a turned eye with no history as a child. I’m devastated and don’t know what I should do.

    Are you perfoming the MISS Technic invited from Prof. Mojon?
    I had 2 Operations. One withe the big cut and one with the MISS technic. And the MISS is 100% better.
    The Video has zero information about the operationtechnic. Thats sad.

    I had strubusmus surgery twice it got better but my eye still wonders out i was wondering if It was okay to have a surgery for the 3rd time

      Eye surgeon Dr. van der Zweep: While strabismus surgery does have a limit in the number of times it can be performed, it is possible that multiple surgeries can be considered when needed. Your surgeon is the best person to look at your history and your eye exam to help answer this for you.

      I am scheduled for my third surgery on June 13th.

    • @maybememory1

      Was it terribly painful? How long was the recovery, and did they feel strained?

    • @mackinacisland3825
      @mackinacisland3825 Год назад +1

      @maybememory1 the first 2 surgeries were not very painful. This one has been remarkably more painful because of the amount of scar tissue the dr had to remove and the fact they had to do a readjustment 3 times after I awoke. I do have a pain management dr who I work with for other issues, so the pain has been controlled, but my dr was ok with writing a prescription for pain meds if needed. Don't be afraid to ask for pain med if u need them. U will recover faster if ur pain is controlled. The first 2 surgeries, I used over-the-counter pain relief medication after day 3. I would ask ur dr for either Tylenol 3 or hydrocodone if u r worried about the pain. Don't hesitate to dm if u have specific questions. I can give u my experience. Good luck.

    Is it common for it to look as if the eyes are over corrected two days after surgery?

    • @misericordiahealthcentre9533
      @misericordiahealthcentre9533  Год назад

      Eye surgeon Dr. van der Zweep: Yes, two days after surgery we can see patient’s eyes have this appearance, especially with the swelling and redness that initially exists. Feel free to reach out to your surgeon if you have further questions regarding this.
