@Wednesday you don’t have to be an Ezio fanboy to understand and like a good story. At the end of the day Ezio just has the best complete story, it’s not generic at all. We see Ezio from Birth to death, and his story isn’t happy at all, his family was fucking hanged, his life was sad in the end, his home was fuckin bombed and raided by The borgias and his Uncle was killed right in front of him.And shallow is not the right word at all. Arno had a shallow story, Ezio felt like a real person you actually would know, he had a personal connection to us. Where as Edward had a similar story but no where as sad and personal as Ezio. Connors story is different to them all because of how he thought for his people and eventually lost in the end. And Haythams story is fragmented throughout the Colonial games, so we never got to see Haythams rise into a Templar
It's funny because after playing black flag and looking at the cut scene's I can clearly see where Haytham get's his charisma and demeanor from, and his body language.

My fiance is of the mohawk tribe and this is partly true. Names can be reused as long as no one currently LIVING has it. Meaning that as long as the nameholder is deceased, it can be reused. Also, naming isn't that difficult as her language is extremely adjective and verb heavy. So all having unique names is easier than you'd think.

Ziio and Haytham were strangely compatible, without all the mushy romance: 1) They both knew how to fight and survive independently 2) They were both experts in their own right, but were willing to let each other lead to reach a common goal. So sad things turned out the way they did, but glad AC3 took an honest look at our county’s history.

I personally thought that Connor's story was more emotional than Ezio's. Connor watched his mother die when he was only little, grew up without his father then finds out he was a powerful leader for the enemy order, he then had to kill his father and his also best friend who betrayed him without a second thought. He also fought for George Washington who he then finds out betrayed him due to the order he placed to attack his village, the same attack during the Seven Years War that killed his mother.
Spikey Senju Ezio was 17 when his father and 2 brothers died, he was let's say already old enough and he still had his sister and mother, he had many girlfriends that he lost but at the end he at least found a woman and his best friend Leonardo was also still alive, Connor's story is a lot more tragic, he fought more and suffered more, Connor's story is a lot better but as you said everyone has their own opinion
I always liked how AC III flipped common tropes about Native Americans in media, particularly regarding the language barrier and cultural awareness. Ziio mocks Haytham for assuming she can’t speak English, subverting the usual narrative. It’s also Haytham-not Ziio-who causes the bar commotion, despite his assumption that her culture would make her more prone to violence. This highlights that she understands the land and its people far better than he does. Connor similarly defies expectations by showing more morality and virtue than many of his colonial counterparts. He criticizes the manipulative nature of the media for countering lies with more lies, calls out Samuel Adams’ hypocrisy in fighting for freedom while owning a slave, and stops Israel Putnam from kicking a dead enemy’s body-emphasizing that even someone as ruthless as Hickey was still a man.
This is when I officially declared that Haytham Kenway was an adorable little Templar that must be protected at all costs. 3:08 (Also after black flag, it's super clear that Edward and Haytham have similar sass levels)

It never occurred to him to go raid the Homestead for Assassin documents that might give him clues on how to open the door up? He must assumed that Achilles have no knowledge of the vault othewise achilles would open it already. I loved Ziio’s voice such a strong character, it’s a shame we didn’t get a dedicated chapter to play as her. Also I see there’s a divide between Ezio & Connor on who’s story is more tragic. Personally, Connor gained no character development throughout his entire game and stuck with the same tone of voice all throughout. Ezio shows emotion & sometimes sarcasm which makes him more interesting to play as and be involved with his story. Connor on the other gives off this “If you’re not from my village I don’t like you” sort of vibe even towards his mentor “Achilles” & because of that I’m like “well if you don’t care about anything than neither will I bro”
If you think Connor didn't develop throughout the story, you need to replay the game. The whole theme of the story was about Connor realizing his blind idealism was flawed.

Edinburgh lad in Ac Rogue there is no mentioned of the Apple of Eden which is the key to the vault haytham is opening. He must assumed that Achilles have no knowledge of the vault othewise achilles would open it already. Achilles would not make the same mistake he did in rogue when he tries to take control of any precursor technology.

I loved Ziio’s voice such a strong character, it’s a shame we didn’t get a dedicated chapter to play as her.
Also I see there’s a divide between Ezio & Connor on who’s story is more tragic. Personally, Connor gained no character development throughout his entire game and stuck with the same tone of voice all throughout.
Ezio shows emotion & sometimes sarcasm which makes him more interesting to play as and be involved with his story.
Connor on the other gives off this “If you’re not from my village I don’t like you” sort of vibe even towards his mentor “Achilles” & because of that I’m like “well if you don’t care about anything than neither will I bro”
If you think Connor didn't develop throughout the story, you need to replay the game. The whole theme of the story was about Connor realizing his blind idealism was flawed.
@@kombuchas4684 played through it twice, I’m well aware of the development he did get & how his faith in the brotherhood was wavering and all that good stuff. But even you can’t deny he used the same tone of voice the entire game even in the DLC no matter what situation he was in.
@@EX3G4MING His tone of voice was purposeful. In Mohawk culture, stoicism is strength. His voice actor portrayed him the way he did in respect to his indigenous background. It is a cultural difference.
