Another great record/stat for the GOAT. It is a bit weird how his record in deciding set tiebreaks in Masters 1000 semi finals is nowhere near as good as his record with them in finals though. Novak only leads 6-5 in Masters 1000 semi finals deciding set tiebreaks, compared to a flawless 6-0 record in finals. The semi final wins were: vs Murray 2011 Rome (7-2), vs Nishikori 2016 Rome (7-5), vs Fed 2018 Paris indoors (7-3), vs Bautista Agut 2020 Cincinnati (7-0), vs Hurkacz 2021 Paris indoors (7-5) and vs Tsitsipas 2022 Paris indoors (7-4). The semi final defeats were: vs Rafa 2009 Madrid (11-9), vs Davydenko 2009 Shanghai (7-1), vs Isner 2012 Indian Wells (7-5), vs Rafa 2013 Rogers Cup (7-2) and vs Alcaraz 2022 Madrid (7-5).
Del Potro always brings a tear to my eye😢
Ele era muito bom tenista mesmo também gostava muito do seu estilo de jogo
UE exists...
Novak in deciding set tie break: never heard of that
Grande Nole🎉
Novak GOATOVIC greatest that ever played or will play this game
But here is the thing : If Roger won 2019 Wimbledon,he would have now 9 Wimbledon titles, and Novak only 6, and RF would be sitting high in the Swiss Alps now with 21 GS,Nole would be tied with Nadal at 22 GS .The REASON WHY I mentioned all this is that I think it is better to have 3 RG titles ON CLAY, and have another shot at tying RF at Wimbledon at 8 GS ,than to never win third RG but have 8 GS on grass.
Djokovic never lost a deciding tiebreak match in master 1000 event's.
2007-2023
Novak is an all around very able and powerful person! #Goat
I really love the way how young Djokovic is frustating the experienced Federer days back then . 😮
Novak's greatness lies in this
2007 Tiebreak Montreal
Federer - 1 winner , 4 Unforced errors
Novak - 0 winners, 0 Unforced errors
Novak was, is and always will be behind in all the stats whether good or bad. That's why he isn't flashy or flamboyant. He's brutally effective. That's his biggest strength making him the greatest of the greats!❤
When I saw an unseen Djok-Monfil match, I already knew the result
Not only did he win all these tiebreaks, he won them comfortably
Warrior mindset 👊
The Shanghai court looks so fast
Amazing!
Roger can't hide his feelings as well as his PR and sponsors can... 😂😂😂
Del Potro forehand was so powerful, yet Djokovic survives and still won the match
