Seems about right for CVS around Cleveland. Walking into Drug Mart the difference is huge the pharmacy is actually nice and clean and employees everywhere! Sadly CVS says I must use CVS for us to pay for your prescriptions. :(
I like the idea...might just have a few of my customers pass out and they won't even know it's the next day. Orrr maybe I can just bring my fluffy cat in? I mean who would yell at me with a fluffy kitty at my counter? Personally I wish I could just point to a chair and tell them to sit down and be silent while we work. The more they talk, and pester, the longer their wait time....and sort of put them on time out. They pester anyone/get loud/ect...and they have to wait longer. People who cause less issue get done sooner. A system which teaches them to be nice and they get what they want. They be nasty/rude/ect and they wait longer till they can learn to behave and show some respect. I'd love a system like that.
My PIC’s regional manager stoped in one day to do a surprise audit and I didn’t let her in because I didn’t know who she was 😂. I let him know that he’s probably getting fired, he quit a month later.
