Hello, great video thank you. If you could ever make a video for the 2020-2021 Tundra, that would be awesome. I am trying to find what fits a 2020 1794 Crewmax. My truck is stock and I want to keep it that way because of all the sensors. I am looking for the largest tires that can fit without trimming or modifications. I know the factory runs have an offset of 60mm and mine came with 275/65/R18 tires and I never see aftermarket rims that are 60mm offset. So it is hard to know what fits without trimming or any modification. Thank you!!!

Ready Lift claims that their 6-8 inch lift will work with the Tundra Stock TSS 20” wheels, I’ve seen 6”Lift with 35” on TSS Wheels, but I’m yet to see an 8” with 37”, thoughts on the look of this setup?
I don’t know if y’all can answer figment questions about my SUV or not. I have a 2007 Mercury Mariner and I’m planning on running a 2” leveling kit on her and wondering if I can fit 33x12.5 tires with 12.5x? Wheels. I don’t know what offset or width to go with. Hey guys, looking to upgrade the wheels and tires on my 2008 tundra. Right now I have 285/55/20’s, I’d like to get new matte black wheels and a larger tire, thinking 285/60/20. Want to stick with factory suspension. Thoughts?
So I have a '16 tundra double cab with a 3" suspension lift and I really don't wanna run 20x9 wheels. The wheels I'm looking at (Anthem Defender) are 20x10 w/ a -24 offset. I guess my question is how much trimming would need to be done for these wheels to fit? And what would my best tire setup be? Please reply! Thanks!
Great video! Subbed. Next year I plan on picking up a 2020 tundra trd pro. Ready lift has a 4inch and 6 inch lift kit that stacks with the trd pros 2 inch lift. So it’ll be 6 and 8 inch lift to run 35s or 37s. I’m thinking of going 8 inches with 37s. But I plan on doing some off road but only for camping and boondocking because I plan on touring the states and canada. No serious rock crawling but I will probably do some over landing while I’m saving up for my black series trailer and finishing my masters degree. It was a tough choice but the to get the bigger lift and the 37s is only a total of 380 bucks more. So might as well get the extra 2 inch lift and 37s 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 now for ya’ll that are way more experienced than me see an issue with doing some off roading but nothing crazy like Serious rock crawling do chime in and give me some advice please. This is just what I’m thinking. Mild over landing and camping and then eventually towing a black series hq15 which is an off road trailer with Australian roots. Oh by the way the tires are both 12.5 r20’s. The rims I was looking at is a 20x9 with +25mm offset. The lift kit requires 20s but in a 9 inch rim, 12.5 and 25 offset. Trimming doesn’t matter to me. The shop will do all that lol
I just installed rc 3 inch lift with 20x10 fuel vandals, 33x12.5 Toyo a/t had to trim a little of the bumper. Rubs the body mount with fully cranked turn. Better off leaving as is or cut the body mount ?
depends on what kind of price you can get on the 4wd system from a donor truck, salvage yard, or dealership if you’re super flush rn. Then shop labor if you aren’t doing it yourself is usually $110 per hour minimum, and that would be a lot of hours. You’ll need to replace the transmission with one from a 4WD, add a transfer case, front driveshafts, cv axles, shifting mechanism (either manual or electronic depending on your donor parts), change out the ECU (probably, maybe not. again, depending on your donor parts), a new interior or dash with the appropriate openings for your 4WD engagement method (either dial or stick). That’s all I can think of atm, but there’s probably more. And this all depends on whether your current truck has the otherwise same exact mechanical configuration as the 4WD version. So, get on the forums and start researching the compatibility between your truck and the 4WD version, and if it will work, start sourcing the parts for the swap. and be prepared for your truck to be out of commission for a while. Good luck
