How nice is your demeanor, feedback and information sharing! What a blessing you are for presenting in such a way that a ground floor idea can take birth! May you, your family and business endeavors maximize as reward for the time you've taken out to just simply be helpful, which is not all that popular as of late. Keep giving back and you won't have to worry about going forward. All the best!!!!
I don't think I've ever seen a tutorial created with such ease. You took the fear out of it and made it simple. I will continue to use your page as a source for part of my education. Blessings Brother.
There could be many reasons. Make sure there's enough pressure being applied the shirt. The machine may need to be tighten. If you place a dollar bill on the end of the machine just as you were pressing a shirt and if you can pull the dollar bill out without any issue. The machine will need to be tighten. Contact the manufacturer. It could also be the transfer you're using, or the temperature could be too high. Also, allow the machine to sit 30 machines prior to pressing shirts.
It's best to send your design out to be screen printed onto the plastisol transfers be best possible quality. It will be impossible to create your own transfers without screen printing equipment. If you had screen printed equipment you'll want to screen print directly onto the shirt instead of the transfers. It's much cheaper less time involved to have designs screen printed onto the paper. Please click the link below the video to be redirected to our website, Tshirt Riches.
The design was actually a screen printed transfer. When printing your own you do have to mirror the design. The can be changed in your printer settings.
The transfers are plastisol. The transfers are printed onto a special release paper. We use several transfer companies to print the designs. The designs are screen printed onto the transfer paper for better quality.
You can try looking online for places that are in the UK or ship to US. We have heat press machines for sale on our website. Unfortunately, we only ship within the US.

The quality is AWESOME. Many screenprinters can't tell the difference. It's the same inks they use. The shirts hold up very well. I have pressed shirts that are over 8 years old and they're still holding up well. Signup for the free course on our site -- and I'd encourage you to contact vendors who make screen printed transfers to see what the costs are. You'll be surprised at how much you can save.

Yes you can --- I'm assuming you're printing onto dark colored garments? Read the description under the transfers and it'll tell you if it's for printing onto dark colored garments or light colored garments. Hope this helps.
It can be simply done by taking your time and placing the transfers correctly onto the shirt centered. Please expect some mishaps in the beginning when learning to print shirts. Just like anything else the more you do it; the better you'll become.

It's really up to you. Please know the screen printing equipment is quite expensive and very time consuming. Not to mention having to deal with the inks. Which is why we've always had our designs screen printed instead of doing it our self.
We have both. We also have a source list available to purchase pre made designs. Just click the link above to be redirected to our website, Tshirt Riches. OR send us an email. We'll more than happy to provide you the link to purchase the source list for transfers.

Please click the link above to be redirected to our website to take a look at the recent test videos of these transfers.
No, it does not matter. There are several vendors who carry different brands of shirts. Each brand provides a certain quality. While we prefer the gildian shirts.
Yes, the line will go away. As long as the designs are screen printed. You've allowed your experience with store purchase transfers to confuse you on the process of screen printed designs
No, it doesn't but the brand of shirt could matter. We've learned that some shirts depending on the quality...doesn't print as well for the transfer to stay on. We use the gildan brand of shirts.
16x20 allows you to print larger items. If you have anything smaller than the 16x20 you'll be limited in printing larger items. You'll see that as you get move involved and realize you'll need the 16x20.
That would solely depend on you and your business structure you have in place for yourself. You should always consider to keep some type of inventory in stock.
All our designs are screen printed onto a special release paper. The price we pay will not be the same as you would pay since you're just starting out. We've been doing this for many years and have purchased many times over from these companies; which has allowed us to qualify for very special pricing. With screen printing you will now have that issue. However, we recently introduced another alternative for those we can not afford screen printing. Please visit our website for more info.
Hi Ty, You will not pay the same prices we pay because of the amount of volume we've done with these companies. After you've done so much business with these companies you'll eventually qualify for special pricing.

good luck with your venture,
Hi,
The size of the machine is 16x20. We recommend not using anything smaller than the 16x20. Other wise you'll have issues printing on larger items.
I always enjoy watching you press shirts and I have learned a lot.

Thanks a million! Very informative and the "Jesus" factor made the presentation all the more enjoyable! Thanks for SHARING! !!
We're so glad it did! Thank you for watching!
How do you get the design
I"m not sure of the size but the sizes will vary depending on the size of your design.
Any light colors will need to be used on light transfers. For dark colors you'll need dark transfers.
We don't recommend printing designs from a printer. If you decide to we recommend using high pigment inks.
16x20 allows you to print larger items. If you have anything smaller than the 16x20 you'll be limited in printing larger items. You'll see that as you get move involved and realize you'll need the 16x20.
Great sharing this video and i think you give an idea for those who wants to do this kind of business
I like that you didn't edit out your mistakes
Sublimation inks are primarily used to print on non cotton items.
Yes and no. It depends on the design and the type of inks that were used.
I would like to see you do smaller fabrics.
That would solely depend on you and your business structure you have in place for yourself. You should always consider to keep some type of inventory in stock.
any way you can let me know where or how to get those transfer sheets,I would like to just put the prints on the shirts
No it's just by habit. Just helps where to place the transfer onto the shirt.
this is great tutorial.. i feel like i'm in a class room with an instructor. this is exactly the info i needed to get started in this business!
I will to do this to help my church
The setting of the temperature will depend on the design. The temperature setting will vary from design to design.
