I’m so proud of you for being honest and speaking about your loans as well! I’m in NJ, I definitely get it!!! I used to live in Thailand and want to checkout Peru also. I didn’t think there was anything here for me either, and I plan to leave again in the near future. Online income was fantastic and I plan to venture out again. 🎉 Kudos

I mean it is what it is, I figure if no one talks about it, everyone will continue to make the same mistakes. I definitely need to check out Thailand. And let me know if you’re coming to Peru, I’ll send you tons of suggestions and things to avoid 🔥✈️

Love your channel dude! I know you started a business there. If you're open to it, could you make a video giving tips about starting one in Peru? Once you start the process on a tourist visa, do you need to leave the country after your visa is done or does the process put you in a limbo state where you can stay? How long can you stay as long as your business is open? You stay on a work permit, right? Average cost every month for CPAs and lawyers to run a small business? Answering questions like that would be so informative and helpful. It'd be great to hear from another American who experienced it thenself. I'm having a hard time getting these questions answered online but highly curious. Might be a good video since there aren't many addressing it. But up to you of course, no pressure 🙏 thanks for your content

Thank you so much! I actually have been wanting to make this video. But I am waiting for the average month to settle in, the predicted costs never are the reality. So I will definitely make this video for you, stay tuned 🙏🏻❤️

In my experience, I was able to get all 180 days on my tourist visa upon entry, back in 2018, just by asking at the Migraciones gate. No need to leave and reenter at the 90-day mark.
Student loans are pure usury and we should all stop paying them forever. Leave the slavers holding the bag.

I’ve definitely heard that it’s possible to get 180 days straight but I’ve never known anyone who got it. Usually you are at the mercy of whoever you see at immigration. Sometimes I get 90 sometimes I get 20 days it really depends. And I completely agree on the loans front lol. Couldn’t pay them back if I wanted to.

@@mambokambo I only had to ask for it that one time, and they asked some questions about where I would be staying. It think it made a difference that my now-wife's family lives there, so I had some kind of social network established before arriving. For a gringo coming in out of the blue, they may not be so generous. (Of course, they're notoriously lax about enforcing overstays, but that's a whole other topic.)
Pretty sure we're going to see a full cave-in on student loans in the near future. A crazy number of people can't or won't pay. It'll completely shitter the economy if they try to collect on everyone or even just destroy their credit.

Ah yeah I’ve only ever tried to ask for 90 days, and the fact that you were with your wife to be definitely helped.
Yeah I am interested to see how this goes with the student loans. It seems a lot of things are going to crash down, but who knows lol

Families are not nearly as close in the USA unless they are from Latin American countries or probably most 3rd world countries.
According to Pew Research's most recent report on household living conditions, the USA has the highest rate in the world of single parent with children and the 3rd highest rate of 60+ year olds living alone.

You took out a loan and promised to pay it back, but I guess it's easier to run away and force people like me to pay your loan. I hope to stay there.

Private loans, I’m working on paying back all my public loans. Whether I pay my private loans back or not will not have any impact on you whatsoever only the private company and my credit score. There’s a lot more that goes into it but your statement comes from a place of privilege. Some people would starve or go homeless ( including myself ) trying to pay private loans
