    As a City fan, I don't know what will happen. But our chairman who we have no reason to distrust has always refuted these charges and I take his word for it.
    The burden for proof for the PL to find City guilty is higher that what UEFA needed. So if UEFA could not make all the charges stick, it mean the PL would have a hard time to also find city guilty.

    i don't know, bro. sounds to me that you are way more in favor of city than you should.
    1.: it's primarily not about the financial mismanagement. it's about creating a great advantage over other clubs who are competing for titles whilst complying to the ffp rules. it's disgraceful that their whole dynasty is build on fraud. and think about the longterm results. clubs like united and chelsea are currently struggling with getting the quality for their spending is a sideeffect of mancity being the biggest brand in the premier league. players don't want to "waste their time" building up a dynasty they want to be part of one. obviously city is not the only reason but i believe it's a serious one.
    2.: if you subtract 35 charges for not coorperating from the 115 charges then it still means they have 80 charges of fraud
    3.: the argument of mancity's players are innocent and shouldn't be punished for the "financial mismanagement", how you called it, of their club. now apply that please to liverpool players or maybe mourinhoes united players who absolutely are not at fault that another club doesn't give a single flying f about rules and regulations that honor sportsmanship and maintain the integrity of the competition known as premier league when they came in 2nd place in a year where they left all their blood and sweat just to fall short against that plastic club's domination. the victims are not the mancity players but the players that were already fucked over. and your logic is: we can't take away the titles cause it would cause too much heartbreak amongst city players and since all the other players who came in second already been through the heartbreak it's ok??!?!?

      @Renegade76892 Месяц назад

      No he was just being fair and balanced...Sounds to me like you already think they're guilty and it hasn't been proven. Uefa already tried this and failed miserably. Go read the cas final report and see how much "cheating" was actually proven. And before you come at me with the whole "it was a technicality" bull only 2 years 2009-2010 evidence wasn't considered and they even got on to uefa for the wild goose chase they put them through. If the highest sports court in the land couldnt prove it why on earth would anyone in their right mind think the pl who cant even get their own house in order be able to prove fraud on an unprecedented scale? What's more likely is the pl getting embarrassed...theres already reports saying that citys most recent lawsuit against the pl has had at least a somewhat good outcome for city and if that did just imagine what the 115 case for the pl is gonna end up being for them. Stop with this whinny "my club didn't win because of man citys cheating" nonsense...your club couldnt win because they're not as good. Simple. Chelsea, United, Arsenal spend way more year after year and still can't compete. Citys management and recruitment teams are just simply the best and it's obvious that it's not even close and that's why others finish second.

    • @Antoto96
      @Antoto96 Месяц назад

      Man U and Chelsea have spent much more than Man City have in the last decade without fraud. Their struggles are more on poor sports management. They overspent on players they did not need nor had the quality to justify their costs. Even if they pulled the same fraud they still would be struggling because they don’t know how to spend their money properly.

      @@DIN_A8 50/50 city had spent alot of money before they were even succesfull. with guardiola came the success slowly. so if you don't have a concept and just buy then, you won't necessarily be succesfull just cause you are spending. also there are a lot of clubs in the premier league spending but most of them aren't successful just cause there isn't that much success that can be spread.

    Would a player be happy accepting a medal for being 2nd best, of course they would because they weren't 2nd best, they lost because ultimately the team cheated by adding more strength and depth than a team run fairly could do, which over the span of a season really pays off. It's like asking a sprinter if they'd accept gold if their opponent was DQd for doping, of fucking course they would.
    Don't forget that over the years those other teams who finished 2nd below City were also competing for the same players who ultimately chose the stronger team and larger pay packet.
    Also you say the ramifications are not worth it, that's bullshit, Ask Everton, Ask Forest. Both teams breached FFP were deducted a pathetic amount of points, and managed to stay promoted BECAUSE they had the advantage over other teams.
    Leicester have just gotten away with it scott free.
    The EFL are a soft touch, I'd be shocked if anything meaningful happened and even then with the appeals process we probably won't know for many years.
    What I'd like to see happen is on a season by season basis is a points deduction calculated, and the final table adjusted.
    IF that final table means they didn't qualify for the ECL on the season they won it, that should be stripped from them too.
    Obviously all titles and cups should be stripped from them and awarded to the runner up.
    Players should hand in their medals. This sends out a message to the club, the players who rush to sign for the club that the owners are as sketchy as fuck and maybe there are better run clubs out there that won't mean your career has been for naught.
