  • One of the many things you learn when training in the company of the phenomenal Jean-Charles Skarbowsky is that you should always expect the unexpected!
Here, in this clip I stole of him during a seminar he ran at my gym at the end of last year, he gives some details covering one way he likes to counter when an opponent catches his kick during sparring or fights 🔥
Soak in the fantastic coaching on display and then make sure you smash the follow button on Jean-Charles and his equally exceptional Skarbowsky Gym across all social media today!!

Owns a gym in France and Thailand with Thai legends like Silapathai and Robert as coaches.

@@OneLife_206 The philosophy of Muay Thai is deeply intertwined with Buddhism. It’s also worth mentioning that modern Muay Thai was heavily influenced by western boxing. I guarantee that someone like Jean who has trained in Thailand, is friends with elite Thai fighters, and fought elite Thai fighters knows more about the art than you. You say “our art” like you helped create it or had any lasting impact on it. Your name will be forgotten.
