I usually hate the “just take the throw” but qhen you at least commit to looking for the anti air and delaying the low forward that makes alot more sense to me,
I'm a Guile main. My defense and baiting tactics are fairly solid, but my neutral game suffers enourmously because of spacing issues. I struggle a lot offensively as well. It's a doozy getting in. Especially against the Cr medium-DR crack heads.

You might be doing this already, but try light boom into DR, super good tool to get in!
