@@FekalistaGrzybowory-lz8lh During the Soviet occupation of Hungary, learning the Russian language in school was mandatory, but nobody bothered too much with it after school. And although the characters do speak Russian, they are supposed to be Georgian, not Russian. The actors should sound like they were speaking the Russian language but they come from a different region than your traditional Moscowite. So these can explain their pronunciation issues, since the average movie watcher at that time couldn't tell the difference in between different accents of the Russian language.

Bandit 1 - Koncz Gabor Hungarian actor with heavy Hungarian accent and broken grammar. (cant pronounce ы pronounces like ü)
Bandit 2 with prostetic leg - Növényi Norbert Hungarian actor, his accent is good, however he's saying only three easy words for Hungarians.

The actor, Ed O'Ross from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania USA, playing the ruthless and dangerous Georgian mobster Viktor Rostavili, his Russian accent is perfect and spot on, making everyone of us believe he is a Russian actor from Russia, but in reality he is an American actor.
