I rely on your videos everyday. You’ve helped me more than anyone on RUclips. I have an upcoming breast biopsy in six days. I’ve heard that 80% of biopsies are benign.🙏🏻

I would say good luck but I’m pretty confident that everything is fine and he is probably going to tell you exactly what you first said that you stopping gluten has made your blood test come out like you thought. Thanks for your positivity as it helped me yesterday. I had Basal thumb arthritis surgery almost 2 weeks ago and btw it’s an awfully painful one. I took my splint off yesterday and realized that half of my thumb is numb so I made an appointment to go in. Here’s where you Cherelle entered my mind and I know that you only put this video out today but your past videos echoed exactly what you said today. I originally had a bit of a panic attack and then I just thought that I’m going to relax and keep myself busy and not worry and get a good nights sleep and it will all be fine tomorrow. Sure enough my Surgeon said it’s not abnormal and it could take a couple of months to subside. So thank you Cherelle ❤️ as in the past I think I would have probably fallen completely apart. Keep me posted on everything and keep positive.

I can relate to this. During my 3rd trimester 2-3 months ago I was convinced I had MS, tried to push for an MRI before baby was born so I wasn’t worrying about being diagnosed while I gave birth I would of rather of known before the baby came. No one would test me until after. Had the MRI, I got given diazepam during waiting for results for the 3 days to sleep and calm me, turns out it was nothing and thank goodness a healthy brain ❤️ still get twitching, body jerks, tremors and weakness feelings

Happened to me 2 days ago . I know how you feel and I did the same thing Google it is the worst and is not good for us. We have to learn to wait and be calm. You are not alone we have generalized anxiety and health anxiety is one of the worst for me... always thank God is never something wrong and I been worried about something that I think because I google everything and DR Google is not the best for us definitely. So be calm . I am sure it’s going to be ok . Agree waiting for test is very scary.
    Good luck and blessings❤️🙏🏻

I have a mammogram appointment and I am already thinking the worst . It is just routine test but that is me 🙋🏻‍♀️ worries about my health 🙄 so I feel you ! You mention earlier that it helps to remember all the times that you were worried and the results became ok. Just remembering that too. Thanks good idea it helps and make me see how much I worry and is not good for me . I remember the video about swollen lymph nodes omg! You helped me so much! I was having the same but in my neck; results it was allergy’s and they were responding like they have to ; know after treatment for allergy they are small . But I was really scared then again because I google
It 🙄🙄🙄 . It’s a big No No for us to google symptoms as it could be anything and we always read the worst case scenario.
I feel frustrated and so drained of being always worries about something in my body ! Today is this tomorrow if my stomach hurts I worry and so it goes and goes on ... is very stressful living like this.
It helps to hear people like me and not feeling alone in this . Hope I can manage to not get so anxious about everything some day 😌🙏🏻

Oh my gosh. Ypu have no idea how much I feel you. My story goes like this.. I have serious health anxiety and Iam also suffering from chronic pain. The pain affects my ribs, my chest, my abdomen etc etc. I visited too many doctors that can't identify my pain. I had too many doctor appointments in the beginning of this year because of a very persistent abdominal pain. They thought it was appendicitis, then a million things. I ended up having a colonoscopy and I was diagnosed with IBS. I was thinking the worse possible scenario while I was waiting for my results. Then a few months ago I developed a persistent low ~ grade fever . And 2 months ago (I think) I started having a very persistent sharp and dull pain in my upper right abdomen. Because Iam a Nursing student you can Imagine that I diagnosed myself with every possible illness. I thought of pancreatitis etc. And of course I also googled it and then I was sure I had a pancreatic tumor :p . The thing is that all those chronic pains seems to come from bones and muscles. Sometimes I feel my ribs in so much pain it feels like a bad trauma inside me. So some weeks ago I visited a reumatologist. He tested me for ALMOST EVERYTHING. (liver, pancreas, myoskeletal autoimmune diseases). I also had an ultrasound. Also all those days I was waiting for my test results I developed a higher fever (37,6) so I was A HUGE MESS. I was so scared thinking that Iam dying of something I don't know.... My test results came up this morning. While I was waiting for the doctor to call me I almost had a panic attack. I was thinking of the worse possible case scenario of course. Thankfully my first blood tests are good and they seem that Iam perfectly healthy! Iam waiting for my test results for autoimmune diseases now! The thing is Iam glad that Iam healthy but I still need a doctor to figure out why this pain exist and give me some solutions. Because Iam always scared as hell and also in so much pain. Like I can't study, I can't go out and have fun some times. It's terrible. Also I need to find out why I have low grade fever for so long .. I was very exhausted lately with all this pain and this anxiety I felt like I was dying physically and emotionally. But most of the times I have nothing serious to worry. But the anxiety kills me until I find out I have nothing serious. I understand you a lot and I hope your tests are fine! Iam sure they will be! You are not alone in that

Usually doctors would want a biopsy of your villi for a diagnosis along with positive antibodies. And you have to eat a lot of gluten for that. That’s why doctors tell you not to go gluten free until you are diagnosed. Because if you stop eating gluten and then go back to it, your symptoms are going to be 100x worst.

    Sorry but I'm just venting
WHY ME?!? I JUST WANT TO SLEEP LIKE A NORMAL PERSON! WHY CAN I JUST HAVE INSOMNIA WITHOUT WORRYING ABOUT F****** PRION DISEASES LIKE SPORADIC FATAL INSOMNIA OR SPORADIC CREUTZFELDT JAKOB DISEASE!!!! Sorry I am just venting, I do not know why this insomnia started honestly, it started like 2 months ago after I got over my ALS fears. I know I am the one to blame but I cant help but blame that one guy in the r/BFS group who decided to post about FFI which to my own stupid curiosity decided to search up. Anyways that was like months ago before it started one night when I slept at 12 pm and woke up at 5 am and I am like that's sure is strange could it be that FFI thing? And I am like "Nah its familial" and tried going back to sleep but couldn't because my stomach was grumbling and it was like hot as s*** so I guessed I was hungry and went downstairs to grab my phone and get a Danish with milk for breakfast. As I was using my phone I decided to search up more about FFI and it kinda scared me but I reminded myself that its familial but I discovered SFI or Sporadic Fatal Insomnia and at that point my anxiety went spiraling and I couldn't sleep the next 1 or 2 weeks. During that week I was experiencing some physical symptoms, my stomach was getting hot when I am trying to sleep and I get dizzy when trying to sleep while my eyes was closed, I didnt feel well because everytime I try to sleep my stomach would go hot and when I lay down and close my eyes I would feel as if I'm in a void of darkness with only a platform which is my bad to lay down, it felt like I was floating and spinning at the same time I had to constantly open my eyes so I wont feel dizzy. And if I managed to sleep I would wake up several times during the night in sweats. I have had only like 2-4 hours of sleep and if lucky 5-6. I suddenly decided to see my family doctor which then blamed the acid reflux and prescribed me with like acid reflux and ulcer medication. I didnt take them because I felt as if I didnt need them, I also bought melatonin 3mg and took one 30mins before bed and slept a total 7 hours even if I woke up like 2 or 3 times during the night, I wasnt complaining since I felt amazing after that sleep, I decided to stop the melatonin the next day since I didnt wanna develop a dependence towards it. Which was a bad idea since it came back again and managed to only get like 3 or 4 hours again. And I started taking melatonin again and sleep became better, month came by (1 month before now) I stopped taking melatonin, the first night was terrible but I decided to keep it like that to make my body used to it, my fear of SFI isnt that bad as before and yes I think about it now and then but it doesnt affect me due to joining a insomnia group (dm me if you want an inv) and sleep improved to no melatonin needed, but I still got the waking up problem but I didnt pay it mind and just accepted it. And here we are now, last night I went to bed at 11pm and couldn't sleep until at 1am which I then woke up at 2:30, I fell back asleep but with like 10-15 mins of toss and turning and woke up at like 5:10 and once again fell back asleep and woke up at 7:30. Now I am worried about Sporadic Creutzfeldt Jakob Disease and the worst part is I am only 15, my SFI fear is also starting to come back but still managed to ignore it so mainly Sporadic CJD So now I have been experiencing dull headaches that last for like 30s and dull pain in my right thumb, left calf. Also it feels as if my nose is heavy (like a finger pressing the upper part where the bone is) also yesterday when I was taking a shower I forgot that I already used shampoo in my hair (though its probably because I was focused on something else) which caused me to worry about sudden onset dementia. I dont wanna die young, I am only 15
