    Aww bless you, Cherelle!! I am so happy that it all turned out to be okay!! 😊 Just goes to show, sometimes the most frightening symptoms that you’re dead sure are a sign of something serious, can be perfectly harmless and really nothing at all in the end. Man, I can’t imagine how absolutely petrified you were about it!

    I went through the same thing!! Having lumps, getting appointments and anxiously for the results to be negative is terrifying I thought about the worst scenarios 😭 that's the moment we realize how important life is and how many things we wanted to do and what matters everything start looking like dream

    I thought that I had breast cancer as well a few months ago after finding two lumps. As it turns out my lumps were due to my cycle and they went away after my period ended. It happens every month now so I don’t panic anymore. My mom used to have them as well.

    Just been told I have a fibroadenoma too after having a biopsy. I’m 24, and it’s the most common breast lump in women in their 20’s & 30’s.

    Congrats on your pregnancy. And happy to know you don't have breast cancer.
    I had at least a month where my anxiety was great, I have been enjoying the summer with my kiddos. But two days ago I started with really bad left arm pain and I've had a few panic attacks and I feel so depressed. I've had a few ekgs a stress test a echocardiogram within the last year and they are all always normal. But I still feel like I'm going to have a heart attack or a stroke anyday. It's so frustrating. I just want to feel normal.

    Good god it’s like your telling my story. Brest issues are my trigger from a massive scare. I go every year and I put rose quartz down my bra the days leading up to mamo U/S and I hold them while I get the scans.
    I had to have a sterotactic biopsy and I had my results in 24 hours. I can’t imagine waiting a week.

  • @lgarciavids

    I went through the same earlier this year, the lump had some suspicious characteristics and I convinced myself I had breast cancer. I had to wait 3 weeks for an ultrasound and 2 more weeks for a biopsy and result. I really lost it, I Googled cancer treatments, called up fertility clinics to freeze my eggs...
    Well, it was just a fibroadenoma. I ended up taking it out for peace of mind and that was it!

    This Sounds like what I went through except mine didn't go as far as a biopsy as it was just a fatty lump but I had urgent referral and a ultrasound.
    For 2 weeks my life was hell Crying everyday googling etc
    This was before I had health Anxiety and I do think this is the core of my anxiety it started after the Lump scare.
    it's the worst I'm literally stressing over weight loss atm and can't function at all googling etc it's so hard not too so not having a good few weeks.
    I only started watching a few of your videos today and it's nice to know I'm not the only one who goes extreme with anxiety!! x

      Carrie Jordan Hi Carrie, Thanks so much for watching! It is literally terrifying isn’t it. I’ve never felt so bad in all my life. Waiting for the results were just horrific. So pleased to hear that you’re turned out to be benign too! I bet that was such a relief. But yes, sometimes a health scare can send us into over drive and then suddenly we are aware of every bodily sensation! Anxiety can be a real terrible thing! x

    • @carriejordan4777
      @carriejordan4777 4 года назад

      @@cherellethinks Its the worst! Health anxiety is treated differently to other anxiety worries I think some people consider it to be just silly but it really isn't. It really stops you from living your life I can't function at all when I think I have a serious disease.
      I think if I didn't have 2 children then my thought process maybe different & I did have CBT and it helped a little but as you probably know you can go into that dark place again especially when all the negative news is everywhere!
      Good for you though for doing these videos as it does help those going through The same thing! x

      A hug straight back at you! Well a tiny hug in comparison. I’m 5ft0 and basically a real life fairy! 😂 it is so awful isn’t it. You keep on fighting it! Checking my body/symptoms is the worse thing in the world. I do it constantly and it’s almost like an addiction. One day we will all be free of this I’m almost certain! X

      @Zidane-10 5 лет назад

      @@cherellethinksMy Mum's 4ft 11inches so don't worry I'm a pro at giving tiny fairy's a hug looool 🤗, yh it's the worst and we hide it well but when we hear a scary health story or see a advert on symptoms or things to look out for on your body that's it, it sets us off, and the worst is when you keep poking and prodding your body you eventually find something and straight to Google for further investigation 🧐, which always ends up resulting in further anxiety 🤦🏻‍♂️, but yh definetly we'll be free from it! 🙂, I always keep trying to remind myself, life's too short and to enjoy each day to the fullest, but the health anxiety is an annoying bug that's always waiting to creep back to the forefront, positivity and laughter are definitely keys to overcome it 👌🏼 X

It’s sad to say that dono why hypochondriac people get these crazy symptoms recently I noticed breast pain and thought it’s breast cancer and got ultrasound done and found benign cyst of 0.2 cm Birads2 category showed to gynaecologist she said it’s normal and to repeat usg after 6 months & if required FNAC, but other 2 obgyns dismissed it saying I need to forget it . I am not understanding why I still get burning sensation in right breast am still not convinced and I daily cry thinking Il die

    I recent went through the same thing. I found lump 1 year ago and I went to the doctor, they said it is probably fibroadoma then we did biopsy because it was growing from 2.3cm to 3.3 then stop growing. We did biopsy came out benign. then we waited 6 more month. They were confused between fibroadoma or phyllode so they recommended a surgery. It was a very scary feeling I can't explain, I had to wait one week for the result. Finally it was a benign fibroadenoma.

    Hi this has nothing to do with this but I’m going to share a little story and you don’t have to reply but if u could I would be very thankful... just like u iam a hypochondriac and I know that I’ve accepted it but I’m just going to diagnose my self with (health anxiety) so I’ve always had a complicated life I live with my grandparent and my dad as my MAM and dad were always fighting (Phsical) and I always found myself seeing this in front of my 3 year old eyes and it has scared me and I always think about this and immediately feel angry as me and my MAM don’t have the best relationship she tried to take me away from my dad along time ago for 2 years and I didn’t see him the whole time...this makes me feel anxious every time my 3 year old little brother leaves the house I feel like I won’t see him for a long amount of time so this puts stress on me and exactly 1 year ago today I got my first muscle spasms at the age of 14 so I was like that’s weird I’ll leave it for a couple of days see how it is and then it moved from where it started in my back to my neck and I was like ok let me just google it (BTW NEVER DO THAT) and it start popping up nothing small or anything just completely ALS MND MS every where I looked scared me and I still look back at it but I had a panic attack for the first time ever I wanna say 3-4 weeks B4 the muscle spasms started..and then I got a really bad virus infection and was in hospital for about 16 hours and they ran bloods twice and just came back as a virus infection and I was like ok then the spasms aswell as that I had this thing happen with my heart and back a year ago I was really fit like heart rate down to 45 so about a week later it went to 90 BPM for weeks in resting position btw and I’m a very loose person I don’t get angry often I don’t like fighting with people it’s pointless it resolves nothing and I would also like to hear if you still have your spasms it would really asssure me that I’m just being paranoid from Ireland 🇮🇪BTW and congrats
