I used to feel pain on my lower right abdomen before I used to have this plus the poop lile hers , i started taking therapy and sleeping more and everytbing got better the pain went away and my poop was pretty very pretty , but now after some stressful moments and my mom did some things that made me feel so bad i bave been constipated for 4 weeks i pushed a lot during these 4 week btw i only pooped once per week or every 5 days ... but now im bleeding i had some yesterday and now im having blood today too , i pooped twice and have blood ,and i have been experienceing some "period cramps " but my period was like 10 days ago , im so scared and im going to the emergency room today and get a doctor tomorrow , my blood is bright red 😢 hopefully we all that suffer from this can get better soon ❤
Hi cherelle! I have been watching your videos lately because i also think i have health anxiety. I thought i had brain tumor, multiple sclerosis, stomach cancer, and lymphoma for the past 8 months. Just last week, i saw blood on the tissue after having my bowel movement. I was petrified by the sight of bright red blood on the tissue paper. I was so stressed i was thinking i had colon cancer. I still havent got an appointment since there has been a significant increase in covid 19 patients in our country. My friend, who is a medical student, said that i should observe it first if there is still blood on my next bowel movement. Thank God my next bowel movement have no blood since i have been hydrating and eating high fiber foods. My main problem now is im afraid to poo because what if there is blood again. :(( whenever i have the feeling to poo, i get super anxious to the point that i dont want too poop anymore. But i have pooped like 4 times after that incident and no blood was present. I hope you could notice this comment. Please continue to make videos. Always take care!

Hey we are legit the same i am 25 and i have health anxiety ive been in the hospitals multiple times getting xrays,ct scans i always google my symptoms and tend to freak myself out all from brain tumors, to heart palpitations, to nerve pains to twitches and even this... I think we just have to stay off of google it robs us on life thank you for reading my comment just know your not the only one out there:)

I suffer from 'roids' and the key things to ease piles are to drink plenty of water, eat plenty of fruit, veg and fibre and have a little bit of olive oil in your daily diet and my advice is to cut down sugar and carb intake. Without going off topic, one of the key causes of bowel cancer and cancers in general is eating sugar in your diet. Sugar is the main fuel that helps tumours to grow. Cut the sugars out and you'll reduce your cancer risk dramatically. Thanks again Cherelle👍
For other cancers, we dont have to deal with the stress of if there's blood when i poop today, colorectal cancer is the most scary cancer. Hemmorrhoids msy be a benign condition but the anxiety it gives you is no less than something sinister

kerry c absolutely! I get it when I carry my son in his car seat! Scratching and lifting heavy can cause it. It’s just causing teeny little blood vessels to burst. I get it from scratching all the time xx
i have petechiae too! i was worried just like you, but i had a blood count done and everything looks great. check up with your doctor on this since you noticed it, but a large majority of the time it is because of minor things.

I was having some lower back pains. Ended up in the emergency room, had a ton of blood work done, had chest x-rays, an ultrasound, upper gi endoscopy, all sorts of stuff. Nothing conclusive yet. I had never had anxiety before now, dr prescribed me citalopram and it seems to have been a roller coaster since I first started taking the stuff
Absolutely no reason to be embarrassed. Ive been putting off going because I work with the techs/drs and I just can’t. Probably gonna have to drive out of town because I really don’t want my coworkers to see that side of me 😅
I have had rectal bleeding on and off for over 10 years. I have the same problems you are saying you have. I have my first colonoscopy scheduled for end of the month. I also have high anxiety as well. The doctor did confirm that I have a few internal Hemmroids.

Had streaks of blood on my stools a couple of years back and it completely freaked me out to the point i lost my appetite and became ill, just because of seeing this. with a little bit of reassurance from people less anxious than me, i managed to get a grip and the bleeding stopped after a few days. Nothing for two years but had some blood on my tissue a couple of mornings running last week but not bothered at all, i am pretty sure it's piles.

I don’t have full blown health anxiety, only mild Cardiophobia, and I’ve had this symptom before and it didn’t freak me out at all. It turns out I was just use crappy (no pun intended) toilet paper.
@@ashleyyoung4441 it's not easy. Follow these 3 rules and even then it takes a long time. There's no point trying to say them in a nice way, so I'll just go for it. 1. Never strain. Wait till you really need to go and don't push. 2. Gently wipe. Go careful even if it takes a bit longer. 3. Don't over wipe. When you're clean, stop. And I'm going to add a 4th. Occasionally use a little sudo cream. Just put a little bit on some tissue paper and wipe when you're clean.
I ate some rotten hard boiled eggs that was sitting in water for 8 hours don't ask why lol and I was shitting blood for a week ....I actually could feel and hear my intestine rip.....its called a fissure

I have anxiety due to my diagnoses I cannot control it it’s a symptom of mine. But I learned to manage it. Anxiety does effect your health. So now I try to change my diet to help it ..
I have seen little red blood in poop and panic that i have colon fucking cacer and develop health anxiety force doctor to do colonoscopy and everything is seen normal in colonoscopy.till this day i am seeing little blood above poop something i think its because health anxiety or constipation nothing to worry if u seen little blood go to hospital if you pooping more blood
I have that. I normally get blood if I sit too long or lift heavy objects. Also as I have IBS I often get diarrhoea and after few sits on the toilet with it, the last one will finish with blood. I think it is because I am straining and diarrhoea moves so fast through my bum it causes the internal haemorrhoids to burst. It will happen and then I won’t have any bleeding for sometimes months. I had rubber banding in the past and it turned out to help only for about a year.

Until around 3 months ago i used to bleed everytime i went due to a hemaroid and a fissure! It went on for over a year!

Most common cause is lack of iron intake, celiac disease. Take iron supplements with vitamin C . It should do the the trick!

Did you experience excreting flat/narrow stools? Apart from rectal bleeding which I experienced before, I also experience this which freaks me out.
I occasionally have that after a bout if loose stool. They then come out narrow or flat sometimes. How are you now ?
