i have spine disk injury from last two years... and now anxiety make it more worse... i have pain in my arms legs knees .. i dont under stand the pain is generated from my spinal cord or is just my imagination symtoms bcz doctor said its just a small back buldge its ur mind that are producing other joint pains.. i am so confused no doctor understading my prblm

Martin I Hi Martin, thanks for watching! Yes, I have! I had it for about 3 weeks solid before. It was awful, and the more I thought about it, the worse it become. It was really hard to break the cycle! Like you, I worried about MS because Google was telling me MS but I was totally fine! I hope you feel better soon. Hang on in there. 💜
