I don’t think you understand how much your channel has helped me. 3 months ago I went into the worst bout of health anxiety I’ve ever had and I literally sat in a warm bath and watched your channel and it helped me so much. It literally pulled me out of the darkest moment I have ever had in my life. I’m struggling rn and your channel was the first place I turned to. I feel so seen and understood watching you. Thank you for talking about this because it’s so stigmatized. You have saved my life whether you know it or not.

I've heard this before about the subconscious lagging behind the conscious. It makes sense but it's so frustrating! I'm currently recovering, and after 5 weeks of constant flight or fight mode triggered by chest pain. After about a few days of not being in a constant fight or flight mode I'm still having the chest pain! Now instead of anxious I feel more depressed. But I won't let it stop me doing all the things I've been doing to help myself, which is exercise mindfulness and diet!

I went to the doctor in March 2024( again) thinking there was something wrong with me. Like diabetes or high blood pressure. My symptoms were getting out of hand. I got blood work and everything came back fine.
2 months later im having to call the ambulance because I’m dizzy and blacking out. I know now there’s something wrong and the doctors are over looking it. I was having chest pain- it felt like it was my heart. I went to the ER and got ekg and xray and everything was fine.
Now I’m constantly dizzy and wake up gasping for air at night. Im suffering
I know God can cure me but idk what i need to do anymore

Hi Cherelle, I'm surprised this video didn't get more engagement. The core message is so valuable and true! To see a significant change, it takes small and consistent action over a period of time. That goes for anything we hope to change in our lives. Thank you for this and the help you provide me, and countless others!

Couldn’t have explained it better myself! The mindbody does not take orders from your or others. This is a good thing. Imagine someone told you the sky was red and your mind didn’t offer resistance. You’d be mentally unstable. The mind won’t accept new ideas right away.

Bouncing like feeling in legs since 2 years constant, with other symptoms which come and go. Is this also health anxiety?

I’m sorry I’m going to sound harsh but you have to stop asking those questions on RUclips videos. You are feeding your anxiety. If you are on this video you have Health anxiety. Stop obsessing over your symptoms

Cherelle, i was completely over health anxiety 2 years ago and was taking an SSRI. After tampering from the meds, my symtpoms came back but like a whole lot worse although I had 0 fear for my health. Have you heard something like that happening? And do you know why?
